Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Omaha

I love runza. I grew up next to the Millard location and ate it all the time. I would have given it more stars but this last time I give it one star. I really give them zero stars but I had to put something. We ordered ice cream and pull up to the drive thru window. The gentleman was standing in front of the ice cream machine and after he grabbed the plastic dish he licked his hand and continued to make our ice cream. We told him we didn't not want those and wanted new dishes. He walked away went to the end of the counter looking for something then came back to the machine .... still didn't wash his hands! Then started making ice cream again! We asked him to wash his hands again. He huffed at us and turned around .... We told him we will just go somewhere else. The he looked at us as if we had said or done something wrong. He didn't get what he did wrong. We drove away with kids upset because we didn't get ice cream.... Happened today...

I recently visited this Runza location and had the pleasure of being served by Jasmine at the counter. I was blown away by her exceptional service and friendly demeanor throughout my entire experience.

From the moment I walked in, Jasmine greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. She patiently guided me through the menu options, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make my selection. What impressed me the most about her was her genuine attentiveness. Despite the busy lunch rush, she took the time to address each customer's needs with efficiency and a positive attitude. She handled the orders with precision and ensured that everyone left the counter satisfied.

I highly recommend this Runza location to anyone seeking not only delicious Runza food but also an exceptional customer...

Try the spicy jack runza with an order of frings! Just be sure to check your order before leaving. I was charged but didn't get one of my items.

Update: last 3 times I have been to this location they haven't been able to get my order right. The either forget something, charge me wrong, or take the order completely wrong. This time I ordered a kids meal and a double cheeseburger the runza way. They repeated the order but when I got my order they charged me for the cheeseburger meal and I got that instead of a kids meal. Receipt also said Runza way for the double cheeseburger but it wasnt made that way.

This location is the worst one I have dealt with. I will not be back. I understand messing something up from time to time; however 3 times in a row is ridiculous. Go to...
