The shrimp tacos are my favorite; they were phenomenal. The chicken tacos were a close second. The al pastor tacos were pretty bad, the meat was so rubbery that I couldn't bite into it. The service was marvelous, the young person who helped me was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. If you're bothered by harsh overhead florescent lighting, this is not the place for you. Hopefully as they make more money they can add in some softer wall lights. I really was not a fan of the juke box on the wall. It's was way too loud for such a small place. Luckily, the music stopped halfway through my visit and no one turned it back on. UPDATE: I recently returned for a second visit. Water is purified, chips were hot and fresh, guac was amazing, salsas were full of flavor. I ordered the Quesobirria tacos and they were delicious and the consomé had a nice balance of savory, salty and acidic. My wife ordered tacos de pastor, birria, fish and shrimp. The fish was probably talapia, and it was good. I'm not a huge fan of talapia but they still did it justice. The birria and shrimp were both amazing, but the star was the al pastor.
