Great salsa and enchiladas!!! Very rude customer service. Was at the home show and while wrestling with my toddler the backpack slid of my arm when I went to set the bag down which broke the plastic container. I had the bag and empty container full of the salsa. I went to their tent and politely asked if I could get another because I accidentally dropped while wrestling with my kid. The older lady geussing wife possibly if Erik not sure but she was very rude. Rolled her eyes several times. Making rude remarks. Erik was polite. He did offer me a new one while she continued to roll her eyes. She then said don't drop it again because we don't replace them! She said it very rudely. Which to begin with when we were buying the ladies weren't all that nice. She could have easily politely said no unfortunately we can not replace it . Understandable. But she'd rather be rude. So customer service horrible not sure I will buy from them...
Read moreEricks Enchilada’s is a diamond in the rough find! My neighbor told me about the amazing fresh food hot spot. Everything is made in-house, with genuine love and the freshest of ingredients.
You can pre-order or walk-in. Cash is best. Everything is FRESH, so I’m okay spending a little more for FRESH, REAL ingredients without all the preservatives.
Enchilada’s are frozen so Erik gives you instructions on how to cook.
Erik is patient, kind and extremely friendly.
Taste: SOOOOOOO GOOD! I ordered a mild enchilada and salsa - perfect...
Read moreThis is such a bizarre “restaurant.” (It’s not a restaurant in the traditional sense; it’s a room full of freezers.) You go there, a guy gets frozen enchiladas out of a freezer, you buy them, take them home, and heat them up yourself. And while I do see a lot of other reviews from people who love them, my wife and I did not. So many other delicious enchiladas in this town (La Mesa, Abelardos, and de Leon’s spring to mind) that I can’t see a reason to go here. Check out the photo for some of the strangest ambiance...
