McDonald's — Restaurant in Omaha

Tonight I went to the McDonald's located off of 40th and Dodge Street here in Omaha Nebraska. I used my account off of McDonald's website. I place my order paid for my order went to the second check out window. Before pulling off I looked in my bag in the first thing that I was looking for was to make sure that they had all the fries there for what I ordered. There is only one box of freeze it should be three two mediums and one large. Located in the sack with only one medium fry which was halfway filled in the box. I asked the person at the window it was a gentleman he looked like he was already irritated had an attitude or whatever but I asked him about my order and about the fries. He then asked to see my receipt because he said that he could not understand what I was saying. Instead of getting smart back with him I just politely handed him my receipt he went to the back or he stopped and talked to the lady at the window stated oh she's just missing her fries. He came back in place a medium fry and a large fry back into the bag and then handed me the sack. I pulled off and drove all the way across town to my house. When I open my sock the fries are there however I ordered a 4C large combo meal with a sweet tea and a cheeseburger bundle pack. Instead of cheeseburgers they threw in two McChickens in the state of the four seed it threw in two more McChickens. I called up to the restaurant and tried to explain to the manager of what happened she automatically had an attitude due to the fact that I was calling and they were busy. Right in the middle of me explaining what happened I told her that the gentleman had took my receipt to check it check what was supposed to be in the bag he did not return my receipt. 63010 well there's nothing I can do for you we're busy right now and I can't be on the phone while I'm busy like this you're going to have to like call back tomorrow or something. I asked her I said what are you a manager or what type of manager are you are you the general manager she then stated that she does not have an obligation to tell me what type of manager she is. I told her I said hey I'm just asking what type of which manager are you are you a shift manager or are you the general manager should then became our rate and hung up the phone on me. I called back numerous the time she finally picked up the phone and told me to stop calling because she is really busy. She said that she had five people call in and she has a busy drive thru. I called back and asked her for her general manager's name. She told me to quit calling near do not blow up her her phone line and then hung up. I called back and approximately 7/8 more times each time she shortened a call by sending it to voicemail. Poor customer service poor professionalism. I didn't have to spend my money at this particular restaurant however my son stated that he will like it and to have it since we just got through with my son's graduation hands on the worst experience. We started in the drive through there were issues with the automated system but we got it sorted we double checked the order on the screen to ensure it was right because we had issues we ordered a ten piece chicken nugget meal large with coke and ranch and 2 cheeseburger meal large no onions with ranch and a item only fish filet and a item only bacon cheeseburger no onions we then proceeded to the first window where the first drive thru attendee only stated two items we had in or order not the full order we confirm we did order those two items we pay then proceed to the second drive thru window we were handed a bag of food I started going thru the bag we had 2 cheeseburgers WITH onions and a bacon cheeseburger covered in BARBEQUE sauce we did not ask for the drive thru attendee then comes to the window with milks i state the issue with the cheeseburgers and show him they do in deed have onions he then asks me to hand him the 2 cheeseburgers with onions back through the window I then state we did not order any milks and I tell him we need 2 large soft drinks cokes we then discover we only have 1 large fry the other is medium so when the drive thru employee gives us one large soda I notify him about the fries he the takes off with the fry tells us to pull forward to a waiting window we do but then realise to get a refund for the milks we have to pull around to closest parking and go in my fiance goes in to get a refund retrieve our other large soda cheeseburgers and a fry and our refund for the diffrence he comes out with the two cheeseburgers and mind you we still have one with sauce on it we didn't want but at this point whatever and the soda and fry but they refused to give him the refund for the milks there were at least 3 others having issues in the parking lot as we were with employees running out food it was frustrating im shocked they took open touched food back through the drive thru window to put back on heating racks I definitely will eat at a different location in the future there was absolutely no order or communication...

I usually do okay going to this particular McDonald's but for reasons I really don't understand and it could not be explained to me by the person running drive-thru, I wasn't able to see the menu when I wanted to place an order today. I need the visual reference in order for it to make sense for me. Instead of being offered an actual remedy for that situation, the drive-through person offered to simply spell out every item on the menu. It was obvious to me that she didn't understand the problem and wasn't particularly interested in figuring out an actual solution. She blamed it on a computer without recognizing the fact that if it's a computer setting that presents the hybrid menu, then it should be easy enough to switch it to the full dinner menu on request... But she didn't even try. She just kept offering to tell me everything on the menu.

It's already hard enough for me to go through the drive thru and to live with certain cognitive limitations. It doesn't work for me, listening to options without being able to see prices and options.

It's silly but after having a long day working, I had wanted a very specific thing and wanted to get my partner a snack... But I need to see what's on offer... Since I couldn't and I couldn't get the employee to even attempt trying, I had to drive off. I felt like such an idiot and it just highlighted how broken my brain feels these days.

So thank you McDonald's for helping me to feel feeble and incapable, it's going to take a lot of urgency to get me to go to any of your locations for fear of running into the incomplete menu again.

For the record, it doesn't make any sense to show meals 1,2,6, & 9 but not the rest, and to have a section for breakfast but no meal offerings. To not show the full value menu or other items. I get that maybe it's to big to be all on offer at once but if a customer rolls up and says "can I please see the dinner menu" it sure seems like a...
