Miranda's is such a wonderful addition to the local Omaha food scene, and I can't recommend it enough! From quality, variety, flavor, and service, this place is top notch. My friends and I visited Mirandas to try the Salvadorian cuisine. We tried the Pupusas, Yucca, and Napoli. The variety of options in Pupusas was FANTASTIC, as there are various vegetarian options, meat options all with options to be spicier if you add the jalapeños (which I highly recommend). With such a range of options for Pupusas, there is no way that one of them wouldn't fit into your flavor preferences! The Napoli taco was such a unique addition as a vegetarian option. The texture of the cactus was shredded, which made it a great meat alternative, and the taco itself was overflowing with cilantro - which is a WIN for me. The shell was clearly hot and fresh, way better than any other tortilla shell I've ever had at a restaurant in the United States. The Yucca was such a great sharable option, and was delicious: crispy outside with soft middle, and lots of toppings! We got it without pork, but it originally comes with meat! Also, if you order a margarita, it is HUGE and worth the price. Absolutely delicious, and with various flavor options. The ambiance of Miranda is cozy and warm, with a small bar, lots of seating, some tasteful led decor, and a TV near the bar for sports. You can feel that this is family owned by the kind service, thoughtful suggestions, and homey feeling. I have to point out that our server, Jeni, was fantastic and provided us with recommendations, smiles, and fast, nonjudgemental assistance when I spilled a drink. I can't wait for this place to become an Omaha staple! Go and support this awesome Salvadoran spot, you won't be disappointed !Miranda's is such a wonderful addition to the local Omaha food scene, and I can't recommend it enough! My husband started with an Aguas Frescas, Cucumber Lime water this time. It was yummy but a bit too sweet for me, perfect for him. He finally decided on 3 tacos, 2 Birria and a Chorizo. He liked the Birria, said it was pretty typical. Loved the Chorizo, one of the best he's had. I was excited to finally get my hands on a Torta. It's a sandwich with beans, cheese, lettuce, avocado, etc and usually some form of meat. They have a Poblano and Cheese one and it was delicious! Lots of toppings. I'm obsessed with Pupusas and got one of my favorites, Loroco and Cheese. So cheesy and yummy, I've never had a Pupusa do me wrong. Lastly I had to get Fried Plantains and somehow managed to share. They are a favorite for sure. I'm in Lincoln and there are a couple of Salvadorian places I love but I'm somewhat limited in my meatless options. Miranda's has it covered! Our friends were able to sample the cuisine for the first time, Tacos and Pupusas all around! Food came out fairly quickly and we were checked on by several staff members. Place was filling up by the time we left. Great food to start our night!

Went there with 3 other people and we all agreed the food and service was excellent! In particular I loved the bean and cheese papusas slathered with their green sauce. And the street tacos were fantastic - I really liked the nopales (cactus) in particular. One person at our table got the eggs with chorizo. I usually hate chorizo but theirs was actually quite good! It's in the former location of Pulled BBQ in Rockbrook and as of last week they didn't have a sign up so we had trouble finding it. Won't have trouble next time!

We decided to try our Miranda’s since there were a lot is excellent reviews on Google. We weren’t really expecting a lot, but we were really surprised at how good the food was - the pork pupusas were really wonderful, as it’s nice to have real homemade refried beans (as compared to the canned variety that one typically finds at most Latin American eateries. The waitperson (I believe the granddaughter of Miranda) was very friendly, helpful and interesting to speak with. We will most definitely return again, and by the way, the prices are very reasonable - most dinners...
