Night Flight Pizza — Restaurant in Omaha

I wouldn't know much about the atmosphere because never been there I drive for a local company out of Omaha Nebraska we have 221 vehicles and our Fleet me and my 16 year old simply ordered a 20 inch pizza we received it cold I spent right under 65 I was told to be replaced or I could receive 50% off I chose replacement for the next time I'm in town well I'm back in town and now there's all these hidden fees attached to it and when I did talk to somebody he basically told me we're not going to rehash the old story he kept blowing me off and I was simply trying to find out what the extra fees were for then he went from taking my order to basically the only way this place will honor my replacement is for me to come pick it up and then hung up on me all because I wanted to know what the extra fees for for I had a credit for 41 yet my original order was for $65 basically all of a sudden there's these extra fees the guy was super rude and the whole reason my big jumbo pizza was supposed to be replaced is because when it was delivered to me it was cold me and my 16-year-old son had to literally put it in the microwave but yet the same guy who just hung up on me told me it was the best pizza I would ever eat well I would disagree on that one and definitely customer service it is not up to par as I was asking to speak to the owner I was rudely hung up on so much for...

Big plans on the couch tonight and we needed the ultimate dairy-free pizza. Having a dairy allergy makes pizza a little difficult. Looking for: chz that actually melts, toppings other than the typical bell peppers and mushrooms, and the reassurance that the pizza handed to me wouldn’t put me down sick for a week 🥴

Brick Oven Pizzeria came through checking all boxes and exceeding my expectations for a $30 large pizza in under 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Vegan pepperoni, green olives and mushrooms.

The very nice fellow at the counter handed me the pizza upon pick up and mentioned they got my special instructions about needing dairy free and they even marked the box vegan. Taking out the guesswork made my experience extraordinary.

I like the pizza very much. The crispiness of the crust and the browning of the the topping are a big part. I am more impressed how kind the workers are on the phone. They really seem like they enjoy working there. With so much app orders it is refreshing to find some good Midwest hospitality. What is more American than calling for a pizza to be delivered? The dried hot red pepper is different and fun(I mixed it with powdered ranch mix, sumac, smoked paprika, oil, and boneless skinless chicken legs a few hours before grilling them.)
