I'll start with the bad part of my experience. It might be a fluke which is part of why I don't feel like giving less than 3 stars. I ordered drive through and it was a busy time (during rush hour traffic). After the last person ordered, I tried pulling up to make my order, but couldn't quite pull up far enough behind the person in front of me. When I pulled up evenly to the speaker, I placed my order (double cheeseburger combo, fries, half-tea and half-lemonade drink, and mini vanilla shake). When the cashier first didn't hear me, I repeated that I wanted a number 6 combo with half tea and half lemonade and a mini shake. They then asked what sounded like, "What side do you want," to which I responded a medium fry. This was met with, "So you just want the combo," to which I replied, "And a $1 vanilla shake." "What kind of shake do you want? We have chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla," so I spoke up and said gave my answer of vanilla which prompted a response with a price of something less than the combo price. I get to the window and ask if they got that I ordered the #6 combo to which they told me they only got the combo (side and drink) and the shake. Fast forward to the part that I get my full meal while paying a la cart for fries, drink, and burger instead of combo price (though the difference is about $1 so it's not too much hassle). The second star removed is for not getting my half and half and just giving me iced tea. Had I been told mixing wasn't possible, I'd have just accepted a lemonade instead. Otherwise, the burger was good and neat, the fries were cooked and fairly fresh (though possibly undersalted), and the shake was less ice cream and more shake as it should be. Drive through gets very busy between 530-730 everyday. They don't seem to be prepared for the rush they know is coming. Parking lot has a very bad setup. If you park on the west side of the lot (right of the building) you will be trapped in by the drivethru line. If you have a larger truck, or even if your a bad driver, it will be very easy to hit the building with top of your vehicle. They have it posted that it's low clearance... but still isn't fun. The drive thru line will also grt backed up into the street with only 5 cars in line. Makes it dangerous for drivers not paying attention.

No complaints with food, staff has a good attitude, more so the setup of the business that will...

The staff at this location is heavily incompetent. Not only did the guy taking my order, not give me combo meals. Which charged me about 10 dollars extra. I got two 4pc tenders, and they refused to give me more than one sauce (which isn’t great considering they’re for two different children). Our fries were burnt, however everything else was fine. To add to the matter, the kid at the window was messing around, and didn’t seem to care at all about his job (I have a feeling he’s the one who took my order) I have ordered from different locations and never had the experience I had here.
