Plaza Cafe at Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo — Restaurant in Omaha

$80 for a family of 4, food was horrible. Probably the worst meal I’ve ever been served, let alone for $80. Salads are just gas station prepackaged salad with rotten lettuce, chips were like raw potatoes, they have nothing great for kids. Total cash grab by the zoo. We threw away most of the food.

You put in your name and they just yell random food items out the window. Like you have 8 things on the menu, how is that a system? Yelling “turkey sandwich” when there’s 3 different groups of people waiting for food is not effective.

Ordered fruit and they didn’t tell us it was out of stock until our food was ready. They didn’t have any of the 3 fruit options at 11am on a Saturday… told me I could have chips and salsa or a coffee instead as...
