The line took FOREVER on the Saturday that we went so if you want food or drinks, make sure you get it in one trip. The order screen is a self serve touch screen that prints a receipt that you then have to take to a separate line to give the workers. That is when they actually start to make your food. So you basically have to go through two whole lines in order to wait for what you ordered. They won't start making your food until they have the receipt. This also applies that most of the other food places that I saw while we were there. I think my dad found a place where you can get just refills for the souvenir cups near the end of the day, but I don't know exactly where it was. Probably somewhere near the front of the zoo.
