Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

I have been to this Scooters at least ten times over the past several weeks because it is right by my job. Love the location but the staff is more than disappointing. In fact, I have never seen anything like it. I always go through the drive through and every time I am asked to repeat my one drink order several times. It is always straight from the menu, so nothing complicated. After they finally repeat the order back correctly, a second later I am asked again 'was that iced or blended, what size was it, was there whipped cream?'. It seems like they are not listening at all and normally I am the only one in line. To make matters worse, I have only had my drink made correctly once! Every time I repeat no whipped cream three times to be handed a drink with whipped cream. I’m not usually the one to write a review, but it is needed. I’ve worked at various scooters over the years and know what it’s like dealing with difficult customers. However, I’ve been to this location more than 5 times since it is right by my apartment, and every time has been a bad experience, except May be once. This past time was the last time. First, I was told to wait a moment at the drive thru (understandable) but then I was sitting there for almost 10 minutes with NO CARS in front of me, so I say hello once or twice and nothing. I finally back up to make the drive thru go off again and it was obvious they thought I was someone new and forgot about me. I then had to repeat my order 5 TIMES and it was still wrong at the window. I have gone to scooters for years, and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I was the only one in the drive-through and I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes and asked about the sandwich I was waiting on. She told me that it would just be another two minutes. It was then another 5. I never received my sandwich and told her I had to leave for work. When I asked for a refund, she told me she could not do that. This made me late for work and then later I had to drive back to the scooters to try and get my money. They then again said they could only make my sandwich, but after much conversation, I got my money back. I then had to go to an ATM because they wouldn’t return the funds to my card.
