Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

The service at this location has been declining. I usually go to this one because it’s closest to my house but lately the staff seems to be completely out of it. They will take your order and then you wait in line forever and when you get to the window, they don’t even know what your ordered and you have to repeat it back to them over and over again. This has happened a few times and every time It literally seems like the staff has just woken up.

I went last week and ordered a hot drink and the guy at the window seemed really annoyed and when I finally got my drink, he handed me a hot drink cup full of regular cold milk. When I told him it was just cold milk in my cup, he went to steam it and when I got the cup back, it was only half full.

Honestly they are pretty disorganized and it’s not very good service. I’ll probably go to a different one...

Nice seating area with lounge chairs. Spacious. Floor is a bit dirty. The workspace is very spacious as well but the back wall was not yet quite finished being painted. So it looked a little bit unprofessional. There were four workers when I visited they were all very busy and very friendly. I will say haven't been to many other scooters I did have to wait a little bit longer for my drink than usual, but it also seemed like a couple of the workers were fairly new and learning. We ordered 1 med hot cap with a pump of vanilla, 1 med hot cap with a pump of carmel? And 1 Americano filled 1/2 to top with water. EVERY DRINK WAS WRONG!. Americano was filled to the top with water. They asked 2x how much watee we wanted in Americano and they still filled i t to the top. The cappuccinos were actually lattes with sweet cream on them. We questioned the cappuccinos that were filled to the top with milk and were actually lattes. We ordered cappuccinos, they said they made cappuccinos.
