I just came in with a friend of mine who sung nothing but praises about yall. I was so excited as this is the first time I've been able to pamper myself in a long time. Plus, the nails matched with my outfit which I was so excited about too. Let me give you a bit of background. I'm a preschool teacher so if i end up accidentally scratching a child there is a whole process I have to go through to make sure that its documented to the proper channels. I obviously knew this when I came in but didn't press it a whole lot. I think the first red flag was that my tech acknowledged that I told her I wanted a different shape than the one in my picture. When she got to cutting my nails she said, "This length." I replied with "yes do you need me to pull up the picture of the shape I want." To which she replied with "no it's fine." I had kind of just assumed she was just going to do a different shape but then not tell me. Although I should've known better than that because after she shaped my nails, they were the exact shape I told her not to do moments before. Mind you these nails are really pointy, and I knew I didn't want them because of the kiddos I worked with. Instead of sticking up for myself though I just let her keep it like that. But after about 30 minutes of "buffing" my nails she got to the point where she was going to paint them. She was able to paint all of the solid-colored nails but had to bring over another person to do the design. I thought that was a good thing because she knew her limitations on what she could and couldn't do. But to be honest after looking at what the two of them did collectively to my nails I am pretty upset. The design looks like trash, and you can't even tell what's on my nails. So now I'm just supposed to show people my nails and them not be able to figure out what their looking at? I don't know but I asked for a catus desert theme which I thought because they were professionals it would be easy for them. But the fun didn't stop there. After the other lady returned to put on the topcoat, she didn't wait until the nails were dry and completely smudging them which just made the problem so much worse. Looking at the reviews I wish I would've never spent my money with yall. I'm not only angry but the lady next to me wasn't happy with her nails either. So you have more than 1 dissatisfied customer at a time. I will not be spending my money with you all anymore and will be finding someone who is less dismissive of my requests. I hope to hear from someone soon. Below is the what I wanted...
ย ย ย Read moreRude rude rude. I suspect this place will not be in business within a year. So many things I could say from no customer service to messy stations not sanitized tools to pure uncomfortableness with tech Tony. For context I regularly get my nails done at another location which was closed for a holiday. This place happened to be open so I walked in. They said it would be a 10-15 min wait which was fine. The wait was accurate and as the tech was doing my fill he cut my skin twice. I expressed to be careful and to treat it . There was actual blood and he was not going to clean it and treat it with antiseptic which is customary, necessary and hygienic when there is a blood drawn. He then proceeded to blame me for his lack of precision. I was astonished asking how it was my fault? In short, he was rushed because of customer to tech ratio. He said that because they agreed to take me as a walk in I had to work with them. I let them know I didnโt beg or ask for special treatment I walked in as I saw other customers do and you agreed to provide me a service and take me as a customer. If they didnโt want it couldnโt do it, they should have said no they were full. He then proceeded to tell me, all the while he had my hands with the drill that he was going to give me his opinion. I let him to save his opinion for himself. All that was left was to do uv light next or I would have left bc of his aggressive and rude tone and unprofessionalism. I was patient pleasant and easy going the whole time until he tried to refuse testing a cut and blaming me for his error. It is never safe to go to a place that doesnโt take hygiene and blood born pathogens seriously. I will...
ย ย ย Read moreI decided to get my nails done after a while, I asked for the prices before getting them done, I showed him the design and he told me that for something like that it would be 55 dollars, they sat me down and it doesn't seem like they even disinfect the place, I was served by a guy who stank of cigarettes and who constantly told me that I couldn't look at how he did my nails, he didn't disinfect or remove cuticles, he also didn't offer me a pillow to rest my arm, the guy was on the phone the entire session, making calls and talking to another man in the salon, I showed him the photo of what I wanted and he told me that he didn't need to see it, I repeated several times that I could show him the reference because that was what I wanted and he got upset, I told him that I wanted a chrome pink color and he did what he wanted, he put a white color with sparkles on me, he left resin embedded in my skin and when I went to pay he told me that it would be 75 dollars and I asked him why ? if the girl at first said it would be 55 and she told me that she hadn't seen the design well and that they charge more for something chrome when they didn't even put it on me and it wasn't my fault that she didn't see the design well, but honestly this seems like a strategy to charge more and when they gave me the receipt to sign and put the tip, they didn't let me do anything else to sign and they only deducted 5 dollars from me for something I didn't want, don't come here, I don't think they are certified or have a license for nails, I just hope that it didn't occur to them to put the tip on their own or there would be legal problems involved. I'll leave a photo of...
