The church attended the #Tobymac concert there.
The view of the stage was better than expected. It helped they had a walk way down the center of the floor crowd..

You should call ahead before the event for disability questions and info.. I would recommend that.
The lady at the front door was elderly and very sweet but didn't seem to have a clue what was going on, she was leaving the disabled people to go ask Omaha police officers where they should go. If they work for the city why would they know.
So it took a few minutes for them to assist those with disabilities on how to get into the arena since they could not go up the stairs inside the Main door.
During intermission there was a hallway that wasn't too far to exit out into the lobby but then when the party tried to get back in the door -it was locked and they had to go all the way back to the front and have security tell them they needed to go up the stairs to get into the arena.
Which is impossible for a disabled person so that was confusing and I don't think should have happened.
Other than that it was good. I think most people in this area are familiar with the stadium and the outside entry and exit doors.
If you're having people pick you up or calling lift make sure you specify which door you're at the North side or the South Side what have you.
I will say I usually attend events in other cities where the Arenas are much larger and this was nice because you don't have to figure out how to get a thousand miles from the car to your seat. I think this Arena seats about 7,000? So I think everyone had a decent View. All of the floor staff...
Read more8/11/23: 90s concert advertising many entertainers, including Trina. Doors were supposed to open at 6 and concert to start at 7. It was over 90 degrees outside. Doors didnât open until 6:50 so everyone had to stand out in the heat. People were getting overheated and they said no water could be provided until we purchased once inside. We couldnât have drinks with us because you canât bring things inside. Delay they said was due to sound check issues they had been working on since 4pm. Once inside, sound issues still persisted. Everything sound muffled to those not sitting directly in front. There were no screens to look at for those sitting in the back. Then people were told Trina wasnât going to be there due to plane delays but it was learned thru research she was in Vegas doing a show so now we have false advertising too. We left at 8:10 because the sound was so muffled we couldnât make out any words. People we stood next to in line said this was their 4th concert at Baxter that had delayed opening and sound issues so they ended up leaving and wonât be back. Ticketmaster wonât refund tickets because the event didnât cancel. Shame on Baxter Arena for putting on a concert knowing there is a history of sound issues. I feel bad for the entertainers. No wonder the event had so many open seats left because others know not to go to Baxter for concerts. Stick to sporting events Baxter and stay away from concerts. I will never go back there for a concert. We are out over $100...
Read moreConcessions food is horrible. I ordered a pretzel. They pull the pretzel out of a bag at room temp. Not sure if it is supposed to be microwaved (Mine was not) But they they do get the salt to stick some how...? Was not good at all! Hallways are very very narrow. The beginning of the concession, bathroom or any pre-concert line to get a 21+ wrist band etc is a nightmare. Come super early if that is important to you or go after the concert starts. Looking down on the concert the venue is great very close tight environment! Super fun place to go and watch... After you get used to the music bouncing around in a tin can! At first it sounds like the band's speakers are blown. I think this would be a great place to attend a concert once they do something with acoustics. But I get it it is a sports arena and you want it loud for this. Also do not try and get to the Arena from the south off of 72nd street. You will sit at least an hour in the exit which is about 5...
