Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

I had two of the worst experiences at this scooters in 2 days! I go to scooters every single day. I spend $15-$25 each time. Yesterday the girl was so rude. She ripped the money out of my hand, slammed the window in my face, took 16 minutes to bring out TWO blended drinks (that had whip) and were ordered with no whip. I think okay - everyone has off days.... Today, I order 2 blended drinks and a pup cup. The blended drinks are as thin as water, the girl at the window was rude yet again. She then hands me a LARGE cup with one tiny squirt of whip in the very bottom so low I couldn’t even dig it out to give to my puppy who was so excited to get a treat! I myself am a customer service supervisor. I called the manager to explain my frustration calmly and nicely because I understand being on the other end of those calls. The manager answered the phone “hello” (no name) I explain to her what happened very nicely and she tells me she doesn’t know what to say and sits there in silence. I personally cannot imagine saying this to a customer on the other end of my line. I would first at least apologize and give my name and offer some sort of solution. Nothing was offered. Not even an apology. I asked the girl to take my name and number down and have the actual manager call me and she disconnected my call! I had the most awful experience. Being in college you have late night cravings to go get coffee to help with late night studies. Walking in expecting a helpful smile and at least a "hey hows it going?" or even a hello at all but get a a awful disrespectful look I didn't feel welcome at all. She took our orders which were three drinks took 25-30 minutes which is fine because she was the only one on and had people coming through the drive through so we were very patient. We all got blended drinks, she put on the lids that you would get with iced coffee and was going to hand it to us, we asked for whip cream because thats what its supposed to come with and syrup on top. She picked the drinks back up and slammed down the drinks ripping off the lids and spraying on whip cream with attitude without adding any syrup making it look like its supposed too. I'm sorry but I've worked in the service industry even by the end of the night you have to treat your guests with respect even if you're tired and just want to get out. We didn't yell at her, she handed us our drinks, we said thank you and I said have a good night. She turned around and didn't even respond to what I said when trying to be nice. I will definitely...

I am a big coffee drinkers and probably grab a starbucks every morning whenever I am on the biz trip. I never see a Scooter's coffee in San Francisco area, but I am attractive by the full red cup and a cute name when I visit Omaha.

not sure if it's all the scooter's coffee will taste like 2 stars, but this is definitely one of the lowest ranked latte I had for a while. it taste like a water. besides, I notice scooter's coffee menu are more focus on the smoothie type? maybe a this is the store for the dessert type?

anyways, I am not impressed with this scooter's coffee specifically. another nightmare is when I land to Omaha airport, and the only coffee shop available is another scooter's coffee.
