Some menu items will be the closest to traditional and then some are just pushed out. I'm one of those types of people who order roasted duck, bbq pork, buns, and soups - if I am up for soups. I was not disappointed with the taste and had no issues with my food coming out and served. I had a misunderstanding with my server but it's fine in the end and just had the item re-added and ordered. It was going to be eaten one way or another and paid respectfully. I'm not going to be rude like the rest of the people around us because I understand the hardship of a family business and they do and don't want to work there everyday making ends meat. Mainly the younger one, can see it in their faces and eyes. I support your business and I am in no rush to rush them, unlike others. The more you rush them within the 10 minutes of ordering the longer you wait. How it works. The key is not to be bothered until needed. Or learn the way of eyeing them for the silent ask. Unfortunately, they should install a table buzzer so it can be effective but what Nebraskan or uncultured minority would understand how to use that? If you cannot deal with dirtiness continue the online order and pick it up. Tip them respectfully so they can remodel and keep the restaurant thriving to everyone's standards. Otherwise, good-bye locals. I am not sorry to any customers that had bad experiences because of the lack of cultural understanding and studies.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Food was fine, not the best nor the worst. Atmosphere was nice, good location. The service though… I walk in with my date, two people ahead of us immediately seated, host takes note of me so we sit down and wait our turn. Two people walk in after us. Host walks up seats them immediately, I thought that was weird, whatever. Another group of people walks in, host looks at us, starts grabbing menus and conversing with the group. I bring to his attention that we have been waiting and he’s already skipped us once. He sits us apologizes and gets our “waitress.” She asks what you want for drinks. We respond water. We looking at the menus and do the normal conversations. 30 minutes pass before we even get our water. I have to ask another waitress about it, it arrives around 5 mins later, still haven’t even asked for our orders yet. Our original waitress continues to pass us by constantly, we are sitting next to the patio door, so it’s not like she doesn’t know we’re there. I have to ask a third waitress to take our orders. Which they bring out another 20 minutes later, and the orders were wrong. I have to ask for corrections, refills, silverware. All from different people, none of who are paying any attention to us. I worked as a line cook, expiditer, and waiter for 5 years. I understand if they were in the weeds and busy. They certainly were not.

Would I go again for the food? Probably not, there are better and cheaper places around. But it’s fine and the area is okay. The service really killed it for me and I will not be returning or recommending...

The food here is very, very good and the restaurant is clean and stylish. No complaints at all.

However, the service and overall dining experience was rather disjointed and disappointing. Maybe they were short-staffed or there was some behind-the-scenes issue, but we waited for at least 10 minutes before someone even came by for us to put our name in to wait to be seated. After we were seated, we waited another 15-20 minutes before a server came by to give us glasses... and then another 5 minutes later we got the actual water. Our server changed at least twice. We ordered two lunch specials and an order of dumplings to share. They did not have my original entree order, so I ordered something else. The soup came fast and was very good. The entrees were very tasty but didn't come out at the same time. I saw at least two neighboring tables also receive incorrect orders/food meant for other tables. Our order of dumplings was completely forgotten so we never got the opportunity to try them. They offered to put in a new order for us, which we appreciated, but we did not have the time to wait for them, so we paid and left.

To reiterate, the food here is very good and the staff themselves were very friendly, but it felt like there are some organizational issues that need...
