So I gave this place three chances to change my opinion of it. Blunt and honest, the staff here are poorly trained and Ill prepared, rude and potentially even understaffed for some of their tasks.
They are always distracted and neglect their customers continuously. They have messed up my simple order of a single drink all 3 times I've been there, and given me other people's orders when it was only myself & 1 other car in line. The guys who are working the counter constantly look over their shoulder and confirm with any other person working there if they've got it right, which again hints at poor training and preparation of these employees. This I do not want to blame solely on the guys working there. They're probably trying their darndest to do this job but as a result it's coming off as lazy employees who are ill-prepared to work at Starbucks. Either the hiring manager needs to step in and check with the trainers to find out why these discrepancies are occurring, or the trainer's need to step up and pay more attention to how they are preparing new employees to work here. I'm not even certain if everyone that I have had the displeasure of working with was knew or not, but they all failed to deliver the service I was expecting plain and simple.
This store truly needs to get its act together and more thoroughly trained these employees. These kids have no idea how to make these drinks or manage all those tasks and that is a failure on Management's part.
Until this is remedied, I do not recommend going to the store simply because of the poor customer service you can be...
Read more1 to 2 times a week this location will shut off online ordering through their app, and through DoorDash.
They close the lobby and go down to "drive through only" 4-8 times a month, and they close early when it's slow due to "staffing issues".
They're constantly out of syrups and bakery items so specific drinks and items aren't available in the app when it does seldomly work (the app is great but they shut off this location), and the drive through wait time is horrendously long.
I frequently order different drinks and they consistently feel 3/4's full. It's irritating when you pay a premium price for a drink and get half of what you paid for.
A lot of times, my hot drink doesn't have a sleeve or a stopper, and there's syrup running down the sides.
Honestly this is one of the locations that has the largest opportunity for growth. Imagine what you could be doing for experience, and for profitability, if your customers were served on time, with what they wanted, from multiple channels of fulfillment, with a great experience.

Read moreI have been going to this Starbucks pretty much since it has opened and have always gotten great service and the staff have always been friendly. This one star is only directed at the store manager. On several occasions he has been incredible rude when I have been in the drive thru. At one point, as I was sitting at the window, he looked to his employee and said “she doesn’t know what she is talking about” with the window open. I can assure you I do, as I am a former Starbucks employee and have been ordering the same drink for years. He then proceeded to argue with me about my drink, accusing me of trying to get a cheaper drink. Honestly no wonder this Starbucks has had so many staffing issues, because who would want to work for this type of manager. It took a lot for me to write this review.
