i wouls give them 0 stars if i could!!! we used to eat here all the time but tonight when we tried to order food the man who took the order couldn't understand English so he messed up our order. then when we returned to get it fixed the first time (cuz they screwed it up there times) they took the wrong food back and.remade it as my boyfriends order but we were already home with the order so I called up to the restaurant. the "manager" (who sounds like she's 12 years old) argued with me about the order and then hung up. I tried to call back to talk to the owner and she hung up on me again. I've worked in restaurant for 11 years and as an owner of this establishment I would be appaled if my manager couldn't figure out how to resolve this type of issue. The "manager" is not old enough to handle adults she needs to go back to high school and do cheer squad or something... Very convenient location for me. I've had it a few times and each time it gets worse and worse. The first time my husband and I went we loved it! I always order Egg Foo Young so unfortunately I cannot say how the rest of their food is. Last night I ordered my usual and it was literally an egg patty with what I can easily assume was once a frozen pea and carrot mixture. There were no other vegetables involved, not even sprouts! They could have at least put in sprouts or cabbage as is custom. I'm so disappointed. The fried rice was okay, it definitely wasn't the worst I've had but it's not enough to draw me back in to give them another chance. My husband always orders and picks up the food so I can't rate their service, but since he's never crabby coming back I can assume it's pretty good! Ordered General Chicken and got a little chicken and a whole bunch of breading in a ton of sugary sauce. It was like eating soggy waffles with a couple of chicken nuggets.

In response to the owner's response: Nothing was ever mentioned in my review about pickup times. Nor did I say the food was cold. I ordered my food and picked it up within 10 minutes and had it back home 3 minutes after that. And it wasn't an online order - it was a phone order.
