I ordered online and it was my first time picking up via drive through. I ordered a hot drink and was handed a cold drink. My first thought was, I must have ordered this wrong. I stopped and parked my car. I checked the app. It's been a long time since I had used it... I validated my order. I definitely ordered a hot drink... So I walked back inside and very politely said "Hi. I ordered a hot drink and was handed this cold drink. I double checked. I definitely ordered it off of the hot drink menu. Please get the drink that I ordered?"
The lady behind the counter said fine. She would remake my drink.
She then proceeded to, not very quietly, explain to her staff that "this lady ordered a cold drink and now wants it hot"
I did not come into that Starbucks in anger but I certainly left it very upset.
I did not lie. I did not order my drink wrong. I even double checked before I went and asked for it to be fixed.
She told me that because the word creme was in the name of the drink, obviously that meant that my drink was a cold drink... I wasn't going to argue with her. That was not a fight I was going to win.
I had planned to not even provide this review, however, a couple of days later the exact same thing happened to my roommate with a different drink entirely.
I think that this is completely unacceptable. If I am paying almost $6 for a drink a really really want it to be...
   Read moreme and my friend stopped here over lunch for the half priced holiday drinks on thursdays. we were a little early, so waited a couple minutes in the parking lot until it was noon. we placed our orders at noon then proceeded to head through the drive through to pick them up. we placed our orders at noon but the pick up time said 12:03, so not a big deal. there were only a couple cars in front of us but they werenât busy by any means. when we got to the speaker i very kindly said we had a couple mobile orders (it was literally 2 drinks total), when i told them our names they very rudely said âyou literally just placed thoseâ and then said âjust pull upâ rudely, and i very nicely said âokay no problemâ and then they said âmmhmâ with the biggest damn attitude i have ever experienced. they were rude when we got to the window and then didnt give us a straw we asked for. im not sure what the difference in us placing a mobile order a minute before went through the drive thru versus just ordering at the speaker lol? it was easier for everyone to place 2 mobile orders separately. i have never had a rude experience at starbucks ever. the staff here are beyond rude and i will never be back to this one. iâll stick to the one on dodge where everyone is always so nice â¤ď¸ fix your attitude! worst starbucks in omaha 10/10...

Tried to call and talk to the manager, they asked why I was calling told me they were busy and call me back. Waited a few hours nothing. Called again they were in a meeting. Still never received a call, tried again, they said they were busy and gave me an 800 number. I couldnt even get a first name which is awkward for working in customer service. Have a tear in my knee and they offered $100 gift card then $200. Its really outrageous. Not to mention there was NO sign towards the counter possibly in the side by the restrooms. I have pictures showing walking in if the sun is shining just right its hard to see, not only that why would a sign be supposedly off to the right when the counter is more towards the left. The lack of communication from the stores/manager behalf is really disappointing and corporate offering a discount when I have a tear in my knee that requires surgery is a slap...
