The food was great, loved the food, the price however was ridiculous. I get with inflation the prices went up. They even have a paper at the front saying so However, it's not expensive to print out new menus, because I ordered what said was about $50 sum worth of food total and it came out to a total of $97 and some change I had to pay. I still gave a tip, but no way after paying that much of a tab it was going to be a big tip, I gave a $10 tip. Although once I got the bill the waitress never came back to my table and after 30 minutes of waiting I had to grab another waitress and ask to be rang out by her. But I got 1lb snow crab legs and 1 lobster tail. When it came out it was basically 1crab cut in half, 1 lobster tail cut in half, about 9 medium to small sized shrimps and 4 small potatoes. As well as my daughter got fries and chicken strips. I can understand if it was like $74 or $80 MAX but for price to essentially DOUBLE with no reference to HOW much the price went up or how much it was. This price is ridiculously high. For that reson I will not return. The food was great, the wait was long, but it WAS seasoned to perfection. So if you have a lot of money to blow and want good sea food and have a lot of time and patience, this is a good place. But for the average person or even the average middle class person, this is not a good option, at least until they lower prices a bit or get attentive employee's. And if you are a higher class family, you can probably find a better place for sea food at a similar price point that isn't a block down to low income bad neighborhoods. In all this place ponders to a very select few, a small group. Honestly, when I want crab or lobster from now on, I'm just going to the Red Lobster. Bjt it gets a 3 because the food does...
Read moreI honestly cant believe the services we received last night. We had a reservation for 6pm. We didnt get out till 9. Pretty sure our waitress was on something or just the worst server ive ever seen. Waited over 90 minutes for our food. Watched 2 large parties come and go before we even ate. Half of our food was wrong, we didnt receive items we ordered and none of our food came out at the same time. Didnt get our drinks refilled once. I asked to speak with a manager and the guy just kept ignoring me and going in the back. I finally had to get angry and asked him if he was the manager and he finally admitted he was. The guy clearly had no idea what he was doing. Offer a 5% discount then didnt even put the discount on our tickets. As i was waiting to speak to the manager 4 or 5 other people came up to complain or ask for things because their server, same one we had, didnt get them or didnt check on them.Took our server 35 minutes to check us out because she didnt separate the checks properly. She had long fake nails, and face piercing. Never apologized actually laughed as she was cashing us out. Super angry we had gratuity on our tickets because she didnt deserve a dime. Absolutely ruined our friendsgiving. I hope the manager or owners step up and take care of theses issues. I also hope you reach out and...
Read morePersonally Won’t be going back and do not recommend to Anyone!!! Didn’t start off terrible! Got seated with the waitress named Cassie and only saw her 2 times the entire visit (once for drink order & the second time for food order). Ate our food and was having a good time until around 20 mins into eating my boyfriend who has the strongest stomach I have seen said he needed to use the bathroom because he wasn’t feeling great. He came back and then proceeded to have to go back to the bathroom 2-3 more time to throw up the food he had just eaten. Obviously frustrated that we have to pay $86 for food that is making him throw up, I explained to our waitress (Cassie) the situation and asked if we could get any type of discount. She then proceeded to rudely let me know that he must’ve ate something bad somewhere else (all we ate today was toast from canes) and that it takes hours-days for food poisoning to hit so it would not be their faults. She then told me to go to the manager up front if I wanted. I went to the manager and thankfully she was willing to remove the 2 extra sausages he had purchased bringing the bill to $77 for us two. Overall appreciated the discount but definitely won’t be going back. If you want to pay $77 to get food poisoning be my guest but Next time I’ll be going to Red Anchor in...
