My order was sent to the wrong address on the mobile web. It was sent to the 72nd and Ames instead of the Brandeis location which resulted on me purchasing the same items twice (3 sandwiches essentially cost $32.00). I called and spoke with someone who identified herself as the manager of that location assured me I would be able to obtain a refund. Anyone who has had the flu knows it can hit hard and fast. I was unable to make it to that location that evening after work due to the severity of symptoms. I contacted the store explaining the situation and was told to come in the next day. When I arrived the next day after calling and again confirming that I would be able to obtain a refund. When I arrived the employees all acted as if they had no clue what I was referring to and proceeded to tell me that location has no manager. After continuing the conversation a caucasian gentleman stated here was there that evening, and was aware of the situation but that the owner would have to resolve. Another worker proceeded to text the owner who directed the employee to tell me to contact corporate but would not/could not provide me with info to contact corporate. The caucasian young man was the ONLY person who helped by providing with a way to reach corporate. After reaching out a few weeks ago and only receiving one email I essentially paid $32.00 for 3 sandwiches and to make matters worse when I did receive my sandwiches that I had reordered from the correct location they were half hardly thrown together. Needless to say my once favorite location has left a bitter taste...
Read moreI went to this location for a cater order pick up and ordered 3 additional footlong sandwiches for a birthday party. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted in a friendly manner, I wish I knew the ladies name that helped me because she really went over and beyond. She knew exactly what I wanted before I said a word, she brought out my cater order and stated she loved to cater. I could tell she put a lot of detail and took her time to make sure everything was just right, I appreciate that greatly!!! She even helped me to my car and brought out my drink for me, now that is service!!! I went at 11 am the store was clean and I always look at the veggies and it was neat and in order. I was very pleased. The morning shift should have more pay because by 11:20am a rush came out of nowhere, they were finishing my additional 3 sandwiches the line was to the door. The crew kept up and handled it with ease. Overall my experience was outstanding! Highly recommend this location for any catering order, great job...
Read moreWhen I walked into this establishment, I was happy and cheerful. I even spoke, because, you know it's what everyone does, right? I was greeted with dead silence. The man behind the counter was making two sandwiches, I assumed they were for him and his coworker. He barely glanced at me and proceeded to continue making their sandwiches! So I glanced at the woman in the booth, I guess she was on her break. But she sighed real loud, put her mask on and dragged her feet along the floor while walking towards the counter. And mind you, neither one of them has spoken to me! I stood there staring at both of them, I put my hand up and said, "You know what, it's fine, don't even worry about it! Take care!" I left!
How rude and unprofessional, I wasn't asking the world. I will not be back to this Subway and will take my hard earned...
