Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Omaha

Not even that I had to wait an hour for my food. That's never the issue thats expected. Whats not expect that when you order something you get what you ordered. The delivery drive came nice girl. All my food was smashed and cold and she just shrugged it off saying it was still good and left. Call the store. Gentleman answered the phone (can tell he did not listen to a word I said) had to repeat myself 3xs as to why I was calling. Finally when he got it was told what did I want him to do about it. Politely told the gentleman a remake or a refund. He told me I wasnt get a refund but he can remake my pizza. Told him that was not acceptable and wanted a refund simce my order could not be remade. Was told that wasnt going to happen. I explained to him that no only did the driver forget my plates, peppers,and cheese (she doesnt look at the tickets I was told ) that my wings were terribly cold. My cookie pie was smashed pizza was smashed and pasta was smashed and cold. He just sat on the phone for good 2 minutes silently when he finally said he was remaking the food and I would have to give everything back which is not a problem. I don't like rude people and he was bluntly rude and nonchalant. I understand that I could just warmed my own food up, but my thing is if I'm paying $39 for something I want was is suppise to happen which is hot food and not smashed with everything I asked for especially if I'm waiting iver an...

The first time I went to this location for a buffet I came in at 11:30AM, and there was still no hot food on the buffet, just salad. An older woman manager said food would be ready shortly, but it was 11:30 and I'm not waiting for food because lunch starts at 11.

I went in today at about 12:15PM and there were ZERO people eating. I ordered a buffet, then took one look at the buffet and asked for my money back. Every pizza look old and nasty, and there were ZERO good pizzas available. And there isn't anything else impressive to eat either.

On the buffet they had cheese pizza, all vegetable, Hawaiian, and sausage/jalepeno as the flavors! Are you serious? Why not bust out the anchovies while we're putting out pizzas no one wants?! No pepperoni? No hamburger? No meat lovers? What a joke of a selection.

The same woman manager asked me what flavor of pizza I wanted her to make. I told her I'm not waiting 15 minutes for pizza and asked for my money back. The only thing they had besides pizza is breadsticks, pasta, and spaghetti sauce. Doesn't Pizza Hut make chicken wings? They have a salad bar, BUT I don't go to Pizza Hut nor anywhere else to eat salad.

I opted for curbside pickup. I called the store when I arrived. I even physically seen an employee look outside. Not one person picked up the phone. I went inside and the first thing the manager or female employee said. "Oh, you had a different color car." I said that's why I called the store and no one answered. I had no problem coming inside. But all got was condescending attitude and eye rolls. She said I was busy. I said that's not the point. I told her that she was providing bad customer service and that I just wanted an apology. She told me no. So that's what made me upset. So I asked for the corporate # or store managers #. She physically walked away from me and left me alone. I mean what type of business is this. I have NEVER been treated that way by anyone. Yea I get its fast food. All i needed was hey sorry about that, here's ur pizza have a good night.
