The real thing - in atmosphere, people, drinks, food and price. Loved it. Really really good. Pretty invisible place. Unclear entrance. Very nice, on the inside. Small menu but real stuff, not the greasy mix of beans and bad cheese that you regularly get under the label ‘Mexican’. Spicy things. With great sauces. Friendly service. Children running around. Everything hot & fresh, made to order. I even got some apologies because something would take 15 mins or more. The food was simple, hearty, spicy and delicious. The drinks were really nice too (I had a tamarind one), though I had preferred beer. No alcohol. Not even BYO (?!?). Parking space at the restaurant. Just outside of downtown. Highly recommended.

I loved the food, everything was freshly made and the salsas were excellent. The people were very helpful and took pride in the food. Will definitely be going back!

I'm a traveler amd damn where to start...

Food: °Simply amazing. I had ordered four tacos and a puposa. Al pastor and asada. Cheese puposa. The flavors packed a punch lemme tell you. What made it for me was the tray filled of randishes, limes, grilles onions and grilled chilies at no extra cost to the customer.

°Puposa, came with a small bowl of traditional pickled cabbage mix and it really takes me back to trying these as a kid.

°Drinks wise i had a "Fruta" water that was an all natural no sugar added fruit beverage containing a variety of fruits. Quite refreshing and something i haven't seen offered in most restaurants.

°Very homey vibe with Spanish dance music playing and culture filled ornaments.

°Service was fast and pleasant.

°Lastly, the cost was so cheap. All i ordered above was only ~8.50ish vs. going to other taquerias in the area I spent $9-$10.

Overall great place! Just wish the building outside could be nicer and more noticeable. Plenty of room and very much up there in...

Awesome authentic Salvadoran dishes. The tamales and street tacos are sublime. The prices are less than half of fast food and each table is given a complimentary tray of topping including lime wedges/ radish wedges, cold cooked onion and cold roasted jalapenos. Wash it down with a Mexican Coke in the bottle or other assorted sodas or beers. Pro tip: I have only heard Spanish spoken here, so bring a Spanish speaking friend to facilitate the ordering process. Their menus offer photos of each item and are in both Spanish/English so you can point to what you want if need be. The wait staff are very friendly and gracious. Best food, service and prices trifecta in...
