When you went to order the employee really couldn't understand what you were saying and the communication was not there. When I ordered the say you can only add jalapenos to your pizza. No other toppings. She said you can take things off but you can't add any other toppings!!! I guess it's too complicated to put your hand into an ingredient and add it to the top of the pizza. . Atmosphere is pretty dirty none of the chairs match. The employees literally are always eating at the bar. The table has pretty sharp rough edges that snag your clothes. They store the pizza sauce in boxes where you sit and eat. There's a door that you see and literally their storage to their beer and dough. You have to go up and get your own silverware and watch people grade cheese from a block that multiple people touch with their hands. There really is no service you walk up like a fast food restaurant and order at a window they'll call your name and you pick it up. After complaining the employee did give me a side so I can add the topping myself. The employee was good and went out of her way. Pizza was good, the crust was a little chewy. The toppings were nice and fresh. They do have an outside patio that's actually nice and inviting. The place could be nice if they would just do a redesign of their interior to take advantage of all the wasted space and make it feel clean, comforting and inviting.

Fantastic new York style pizza! New favorite place. They serve small individual size (8" ~$6-8) and large group size (16" ~$20). Crust is wonderfully chewy, tastes great and seems lightly brushed in garlic oil. Sauce is closer to Italian crushed tomatoes with moderate spices than American style paste with heavy spices. Toppings are flavorful and fresh! They offer standards like cheese, pepperoni, Margherita, hamburger and Supreme. They also offer some more unique pizzas like Mediterranean, barbecue chicken, Buffalo chicken, Hawaiian, etc. Excellent value for price! Best for me was a huge quarter wheel of real parmesan on the bar with a grater to grate yourself (along with red pepper flakes and other topping shakers). Order up front at counter and they call your name to go pickup. No tips necessary (or easy since it wasn't an option on the credit card payment machine). If you're a fan of Jeni's ice cream, they have pints you can buy. Coke products for fountain drinks with free refills.

The Good: Generous toppings; decent taste to sauce The Bad: Crust is akin to cardboard, not flimsy but tasteless, lower quality than Zio's even. Of the two pizzas ordered, one had standard sauce distribution while the other featured uneven spread and an overall shockingly low amount. Of particular note: staff demonstrated childish behavior both over the phone and in person. Normally not a bother for me as long as pizza is on time (it was) and of high quality (it was not) but rudeness may matter for some; anticipate a lack of professionalism. Overall rating 2/5. It was hot and ready on time, so can't give it a 1. However, for this category of pizza there is a far superior option in Virtuoso Pizza in Benson, and a somewhat better option in Zio's. Would not order again unless it was somehow free, or the only place open, or maybe if I was within walking distance in a situation where I had no car to drive or a phone to place an order for delivery from somewhere better.

This! Is one of the most delicious pizza and pizza restaurants I’ve ever visited! My wife and I love to adventure and visit different places, Omaha was one of them. This was a great stumble. I have to begin by describing my time in the waiting line: We arrived on foot as their parking lot is very tiny and noticed their open hours were a bit quirky, they might cater to a working clientele during lunch hours etc. The line was out the door, 3rd in line outside and a line of 5 snaking it inside. Small restaurant btw. There was an older white couple behind us, maybe in their 50’s. Our entire time outside, the female was criticizing the restaurant and verbalizing her distrust for the new ownership of the restaurant.. it seems the new owners were of Latin descent. To which she claimed it wasn’t as “great as it used to be,” and all this waiting was a testament to her opinion. We finally got inside, and noticed a young girl was managing the cash registers and their square wasn’t working properly so they couldn’t process cards. It’s 2017 at the time, in a world of Bitcoin who carries cash anymore? Right. I happened to have Cash, yay! We finally made it, and above us was a giant menu sign with a small delicious variety of personalized pizzas with added toppings you can include. My wife got the Margherita and I the buffalo.. I always feel you can judge good pizza based off of how good a “standard” topping tastes. The pizza was made in front of me and processed into an oven that heats it up and delivers it in a few minutes. The product is a delicious, super fresh pizza, and to top it off they have a block of cheese you can shave for people like me who love to drown pizza in extra cheese! I also got a tiramisu and sanpellogrino orange soda. The pizza was amazingly delicious, the tiramisu was perfect like someone had put some love into it and the aranciata was indeed the perfect beverage. Having worked in an authentic off-the boat Italian restaurant since I was 12 years old to 17 I can say it was one of the best oven made pizzas I’ve had in a while since my childhood. Everyone I’ve recommended this restaurant to has nothing but good things to say about it, I was also surprised at how many people have never tried a San pellegrino soda... don’t be shy, give it a try! They’re unique and a delight to have. My friend ended up buying 2 more. I look forward to summer 2018, definitely visiting this little restaurant again! Edit: The food was also fairly cheap a middle schooler could afford it on their monthly allowance, which was cherry on top. In a world where “authenticity” means a $10-20 hike on pizzas, this $5-8 dollar meal might...

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I had seen this place all the time while in college when it was in a house & take out only off Leavenworth....finally made it here to try it out and WOW! Amazing pizza. The crust is so airy and edible. Not rock hard like some places. The flavor is top notch and they offer quite the variety of pizzas. The option to add jalepeños at no charge is pretty awesome - kick it up a notch for free! They have items for sale like biscuits, wafers, olive oil, gelato, mousse, frozen pizzas to take home and bake, and side salads with an option of Italian or ranch dressing. The staff here has always been very friendly the couple times I've been here now & one of the times they were quite busy but still maintained kindness and professionalism. The interior of this building is so captivating & cozy. The restaurant is always tidy & with this place being a "clean up after yourself" type establishment, that's saying a lot. Customers clearly respect this place and truly clean up! The outdoor area is like travelling to a vacation getaway. Just beautiful with grapes growing up the trellis and such a cozy peaceful vibe. You could forget that you are still in the heart of Omaha!

End of story - if you haven't been here, you need to check it out. This is truly a...
