I gave this place 2 chances. My first time here, I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I wasnât in any hurry so the slowed service didnât entirely bother me. But I remember sitting there waiting for my food, and I watched at least 3 people come in, walk up to the counter, stand there for about 30 seconds, then walk out. The barista was in the back, nowhere to be seen.
My second time here, I was in a bit of a rush so I thought it best to just order coffee. I waited over half an hour for a single latte. In their defense, there was a group of people that had arrived before me, all of which were waiting on food. The food stopped coming out and I still waited about 15 minutes before I walked back to the counter. The barista was nowhere to be seen. And the added 'perk' that all profits support the continuation of the work of Fresh Hope for Mental...

The low rating is for the insane diarrhea I have right now because you did NOT make my drink with a dairy substitute, but with milk or heavy cream or something. Be careful, you could hospitalize someone giving them the...
