For the 2nd weekend in a row I got breakfast there a loaded breakfast burrito... Last weekend no ham, this weekend a very tiny sliver of ham. My sons Frisco breakfast sandwich was just bread, not toasted, and was so tiny about the size of a crystal burger. Called to talk to manager 6/15/25 at the Oneida TN location and was only told they needed a receipt to do anything at all no apologies no nothing then hung up on... Called back only to be told they couldn't provide managers name or corporate office number. Customer service is terrible and I don't know who's eating the ham, but it sure wasn't us! I'd like for something to be done and I've spent way too much there to be continuously shorted on my food.... Read moreI needed 20 biscuits to be ready in the morning. I wouldn't have time to wait for them but I was worried that calling them in the night before might cause the order to fall through the cracks. I decided I would call it in just to give them a chance to be ready.
The next morning when I showed up at the front counter, not only were the biscuits fresh, hot, and ready, but the person at the register knew about the order with no confusion.
