this was by far the worst experience i had at an albertos ever ive been here before when a guy was working the drive through and he was great but today around 4 pm i went to get dinner for my family. As soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru I did not get greeted with a how may I help you or how many take your order. I ordered 1 wet burrito all meat with pico de gallo and guacamole on the side then I ordered the number 23 and three asada burritos two of the burritos I ordered only meat then when I pulled up to the window mind you I while I was ordering in the first place the girl was giving attitude so when I got to the window I paid for the dinner but she did not repeat my order or the price so when I got my order I got the number 23 and 2 all meat burritos so I was missing the wet burrito and another asada burrito so by this time I was already impatient with them not only that it took three of the women that were working in the front to take my order I asked her where the wet burrito was that I hadn't received it after this she proceeds to tell me i didnt order it so in other words she didn't put it on the order so I paid again and I told her that I wanted her to make it she gave me the wet burrito and then I rechecked the order and find out there's a burrito still missing the reason i thought she gave me three burritos de asada the first time was cause they put rolled up tortillas in the same small bag so I then told her that they were missing a burrito again she says that she repeated the order while I was at the drive-thru but she did no such thing she didnt even tell me to pull up to the window there was just long constant pauses the women that were working had no proper customer service training that or are lazy and rude and again it took three of them at the window to retake an order for one burrito after she had just made me the wet burrito she didnt get right the first time i lost my patients with there attitude so I took my car back and I left and she gave me attitude saying have a good day mam. worst i mean worst customer service. I have never ever been given so much attitude at any drive-thru I have had bad experiences with other Albertos in the past but compared to this those experiences were nothing I am so disappointed in the lack of service and etiquette these women had they had very very poor customer service experience they could not properly take an order and they could not properly handle the situation I felt ganged up on especially cuz they gave so much attitude it was so rude and could have been completely avoided if they new or were tought how to properly treat...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting! They're not even trying anymore! Our family goes here probably four times a month. About a year ago I gave it a four star rating. I've changed it to a one star now because they have been slacking so bad over the past several months: dry meat, old fries, egg shells in the breakfast burritos. Our recent trip however pushed me over the edge and I'm never going back. This is the second time in a row that it's happened...day(s) old french fries being used in the breakfast burritos. 👀 Usually the french fries are white/golden brown like everywhere else. But the past two times we've gone there the french fries that they put in the breakfast burritos are clearly old. And I don't mean hours old, I mean days old. I've included a picture. In the picture they may look burned but that's not what's going on. These french fries have been reheated somehow (but they were very soggy so they probably were not refried in the deep fryer). I'm a home chef so I know that they have been reheated more than once. And the taste was horrible! I pulled out as many as I could so that I could take a picture. They were like this in all three of the burritos that we ordered. Three people ate them and two of us had stomach problems later in the night. I could understand if this was a simple mistake but they knowingly put those in all three burritos. They could visually see that there was a problem so why did they use them?! I would have happily waited 5 or 10 minutes for fresh food, especially considering it's almost $8 per burrito. I'm so disappointed in them. Read moreFood is absolutely amazing here, which is the only reason I gave 3 stars and go back. One experience I had is the reason it didn't get a 5 star. The guy working the drive thru one night was extremely rude to me. He made me feel stupid because I couldn't pronounce the items the way they are typically pronounced. He kept correcting me and laughing at the way I said things. He didn't tell me the total, just snatched my card and stuck his hand out the window to give it back without acknowledging me. He didn't offer any sauce and rolled his eyes when I asked for a cup holder. He shoved my order out of the window, without a word and walked away. I have never seen him before and haven't seen him since. My family loves the food, but that service alone, that one experience was enough to make me refuse to order from them again.
