Update: After a disappointing dine-in experience, I was contacted by Manager Angie, who took the time to address my concerns and assured me that steps would be taken to prevent similar issues in the future. I truly appreciate that Carlâs Jr. values customer feedback and is committed to improving. Upon revisiting, I noticed a definite improvement in service, which is why Iâve rated them 4 stars. I look forward to returning again, as they continue to serve the hot, fresh food you crave.
Old review: I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience. The cashier failed to honor the coupon I presented and was unempathetic throughout the interaction. I felt looked down upon, which made the situation even more upsetting. I was especially frustrated that I wasnât given the half-priced fries, even though the coupon had been applied to other sides. This experience left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied.
Edit: I didnât ask for a dealâif youâre offering one, it should feel like you value my business, not like youâre trying to make me feel cheap for using it.

   Read moreI would have rated 0 stars... Last night I ordered through the door dash at the Ontario Ranch Road Store (where the Stater Bros store is) at 1:55am. I ordered a classic double cheese burger (supposed to have the Special Sauce, Grilled Onions, Tomato and No Lettuce) with a Strawberry Fanta drink.....What I got....a plain bun with....2 small burger patties...one was torn...with a slice of cheese, a smear of sauce and Nothing else. I also got....Fruit Punch for my drink, I ordered fried zucchini and paid extra for ranch dipping sauce...Did Not recieve no dipping sauce at all...Oh and my french fries...were cold! I didn't even recieve my order till 2:45am (said I'd get my order between 15-20 minutes) felt bad for my dasher that waited there for quite some time. This is by far the WORST experience EVER!!! Door Dash should have given me a full refund but only gave me back ten dollars. What kind of a business thinks it's ok to screw up someones simple order through a door dash app? This is sad because it wasn't door dashs fault at all yet they are the ones apologizing for Carl's...
