Food was fine for airport cuisine. However, the woman who handed me my food was quite rude for no reason. There was a mix up with my side; I was supposed to get breakfast potatoes and got fruit instead. I simply asked if my potatoes were going to be separate and she started giving me attitude, telling me the “potatoes don’t go with the wrap;” I explained that the cashier said I could have them instead of fruit since they weren’t making fries yet (though we were on the cusp of lunchtime, no big deal) and was told “we aren’t making fries right now.” As if I hadn’t just mentioned that. So we went in a circle 2 or 3 times like that before she decided to give me my potatoes. There was more attitude followed by taking my tray, dumping a small scoop of potatoes on it then giving me a look. Followed by her actually asking the cashier if this was all true… to which he responded yes, gave me a thumbs up and said everything was fine. She didn’t have to be rude but I assume chose to believe I was trying to get away with extra food without simply asking the cashier who was 3 feet away.
I get it. You work in customer service in an airport. I’m sure people are terrible. But the attitude wasn’t necessary. I’ve been to 3 airports in the past week and haven’t dealt with attitude like this. It’s just unnecessary...
Read moreI wish I could give this place a negative star but you have to put at least one to leave the review. The guy behind the counter today 21 September 2021 at 8:45 am was extremely rude. He caught an attitude because I asked him to warm up my croissant. When I asked him to warm up my daughter’s he sighed and said is there anything else you want or want warmed up before I go over there. Excuse me? Who talks to people that way. Every time we asked for something he sighed as if we were at his house asking him to wait on us. If you don’t want to work in a customer service job which requires you to wait on people then find a different job. What a difference having a competent and courteous employee makes! This time, a woman named Kassondra was bartending and she was great.
I would like to commend her and whatever manager replaced the previous loser that was working here 9 months ago with a pleasant and professional human being.
