I like Mc Donald's but the staff in this restaurant always gets my order wrong.Even if it's a simple order and there's no one else in line just drive thru I suppose.I can't leave with out checking my order to make sure I got everything.Another thing is that the cashier's don't seem to want to do their job. Many times I have walked in and there's no lines but the cashier's will tell me she can help you over there. It's the giant touch to order machine and a girl helps you. But,like I said before I wind up having to check my order before I leave because several times I'm missing a item I paid for.🙄I always try and be polite to people but the last time I went I got a little mad and I gave a cashier a little attitude.I came in a good mood.As soon as I walked in I noticed no lines inside it was around 11am and it's kinda slow around that time.I went to the only cashier I saw.She told me the girl over by the big touch and order machine can help you.I walked over and noticed that cashier wanted to get back to her chat with this other employee.I thought fine I walked over to the girl that was going to take my order on the giant touch and order machine. She was polite and she tried her hardest to help me but the machine started freezing on her.She would touch a bottom but it would freez. After 10 minutes of trying to get the machine working I finally said I'm sorry I have to go my time to eat is running out.I walked back to the cashier behind the counter and before I could say anything she says the girl at the giant touch and order machine can help you.She didn't remember l had just seen her 10 minutes ago when I was going to place my order.I gave her a look and said no she can't help me. I just came from over there with that girl. she couldn't help me the machine froze and doesn't want to work no matter what bottom you touch.I was over there like 1O minutes. So now please take my order my lunch break is almost ending. She got this little look on her face like she couldn't believe it.How dare I stop her from talking to her friend the other employee and get her to do her job.I mean she is getting a paid to take orders at the cash register not for talking right? So she took my order and I checked it at the end and I walked away thinking should I stop coming here?No I will keep coming here it's the closest McDonald's near me.They just have to get their...
Read moreThis is one of the worst McDonald's that I've ever been to. The customer service is mediocre at best and the food is terrible! Examples: don't bother going if the place is dead, they will just give you food that's been sitting out for hours. And don't bother complaining, even if you're nice about it like I am, they just roll their eyes and make the order again and they don't even try to apologize. Going there during meal times might get you a fresher quality of food but the preparation is awful. If you ask for any special orders say, no cheese for example, they seem to get very confused. I was pregnant, asked for a Big Mac with no onions. Got home, the Big Mac had no meat! Really, no kidding! It did not have either one of the hamburger patties on it! Thought I would wait a while before I went back again. Pregnancy number two, 4 years later, asked for a Big Mac with extra sauce, I get a Big Mac drowned in sauce with the middle bun on the bottom and the bottom bun upside down in the middle of the Big Mac! This is real people! I think they do it on purpose because they don't like to do special orders. It slows them down. But seriously, how hard is it? Really? I should have taken a picture but I was starving, seriously, I was pregnant. Yeah, yeah, I know, I probably shouldn't eat McDonald's while pregnant...
Read moreWell maintained and professional McDonald's. Close to the suburban neighborhood, so this is great for short walking commutes. Atmosphere is nothing too extravagant besides the selfless workers who are cleaning the restaurant, ensuring it maintains cleanliness. Good food. Moderate your health as a consumer. Do not be gluttonous. My biggest grievance and advisory to anyone: Please be careful entering the parking lot when commuting on the asphalt road. It is a slightly steep slope on the curb and the busy traffic may give little grace to slow down as one is entering the premise. If there was another more mountable slope or safeguarded entrance to the premise without feeling rushed, that would be lovely. Aside from all this, I am grateful the professionally serviced McDonald's for the neighborhood on Mountain Avenue. Thank you and your selfless team members for making this possible. May grace and peace be upon you and your loved ones. To God be the glory. Thank you....
