Philly's Sandwich & Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

I went and order the ya lips and I went back to school to have my lunch and found a hair in my talipia and I called and talk to a dally and I asked can someone deliver my food because we couldn't leave class.. And if they can deliver it soon because I've been in class all morning and haven't eaten.. And she had an attitude telling me she can't garantee my deliver time frame .. As a customer it's not fair that I drive to you to expect fresh food and you make me feel like I'm interrupting your day because I want my order replaced..and you are telling me IM NOT THE ONE WHO MAKES THE FOOD.. That is not my problem And you tell me I have to wait this is poor customer service and it makes this place looks bad with her lack of customer service skills I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE if she is there ANYMORE.. The food is good but with her service it isn't and I am very disappointed in this matter and she also said she would be here at 11:00 and it's now 11:08 .. Used to visit here daily when i went to ntma and i always loved the great quality food and prices. But since the pandemic started and ntma closed the quality has gone down while prices went up. They tried to charge 7 dollars for extra meat to make a 13 dollar meal 22. I get times are hard but price gouging is never ok. You order a sandwhich without extra meat and you get mostly bread onions and cheese and the equivalent of 2 slices of roast beef that are thinly sliced. Thats not even 3 oz of meat. And they try to trick you by weighing before cooking and with deli paper on. Its not worth getting unless you have extra meat which is really just a normal portion of meat. I worked as a chef for years until i changed careers. and id be embarrassed to see my restaurants quality go down just for me to raise prices to compensate. I used to reccomend this place daily and wondered why no one was there on certain days since i graduated and now its clear that they earned their lack...

I don't know how or why there are so many positive feedbacks, but I have many bad experience with this place. here is couple 1st, it says opened at 7.30am, I went in at 7.45, asked for coffee and burrito, but coffee is not brewed yet, burrito are not available cuz they said have problem cooking in the morning, reason they gave me is really vague and stupid, if you can't get everything ready at 7.30am, don't advertised you open at that time, put on paper 10am or the time you can get things ready for us to order. 2nd, I order a burrito and specifically asked no bacon, and after I got the food and drove home, found out it have bacon in there and found an ant in the meat. on that point on, I just stop buying food there. for those of you give positive feedback either have low or no expectation on your food or don't care about customer service.
