WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

Was my first day purchasing in this location, I don't know if it's the franchise or the management of this place, but I regularly order food that I know I'm going to eat and I don't ask for extra things like sauces, also even though I paid a little more I have always asked for my vegetables that I need, I ordered a chicken bowl of to go with only "broccoli" and they told me that that vegetable was not available, that they only had cabbage and carrots, I accepted those vegetables and in the end when I got to my destination they brought the vegetable that supposedly was not available. Not the best, Waba grill used to be one of my favorite places were to eat, but now is not so much. I landed here just to see if I was lucky I would land on a WaBa grill that would be of my liking but that wasn't the case once again. It's so unfortunate, bit their veggies and rice were over cooked and the chicken too dry. Also their customer service is not the best, the cashier who wears an army hat is not even kind nor it has good customer service manners. Is is just too blah when he is taking your order. He doesn't even greet you when you come in. I wish I could give them a zero star, this location is one of the worst I have landed. My new favorite at Waba Grill are the Pork/Veggie Dumplings with Thai Tea😋 I've been to several other locations in the past 2 days (La Verne, Upland, Ontario, Riverside, Rialto, Rancho Cucamonga) and the food is pretty consistent across the board, but I'd say the Waba Grill in Riverside on Van Buren blvd was the best! since the dumplings had a nice hot temperature.
