Absolutely Amazing Company to deal with......................Josi is always very very helpful & all other staff including Michelle are also wonderful. I have now been dealing with them for over 8 years and NEVER had an issue with them, I have had minor issues with the freighter due to freighting from the USA to Australia and my Australian Customs department have created minor issues But Josi at flags importer has immediately helped fixed any issues....I can order and receive my orders quicker from this company quicker than I can deal with companies in my own Country...................I have dealt with them now for over 8 years and will continue to deal with them whilst I am in business ...very accomodating , Trustworthy and VERY FAST with my orders..............over 250 orders and no major issue WONDERFUL, Thanks from the team at the glowman flags...

Last Friday my grandson and I purchase a flagpole, o ask if this did not work out me could I return it if not damage she said yes no problem. I told you that I wanted to put on my balcony in the apartment because we cannot nail or screw anything into the building or the wooden post. Came in today to return it and they wouldn’t take it back. I saw on the counter just now a sticker on the counter that said all sales final. We didn’t see it. The sticker looked new. My grandson also heard her say that we could return it. Paid almost $60. for something I can’t use. So glad I didn’t place my order I was going to have them make a military flag with all five branches of the service which was custom-made which was going to cost me about $150. if you need anything from Banners To Flags whatever you can possibly I think of to help decorate and to make others feel comfortable, this place has I purchase Flags they have flag poles they had toppers they had banners they had table-toppers they had so many items that I just had so much fun in there looking through the items they carry.

It was a little hard to find the place but if use Google they will take you directly to the place and it's easy to find once you see the flags all outside you will know you are at the right place. The staff was awesome I will continue to purchase items for our church and other events from this...
