On Saturday, I placed a mobile order for Jack's Party Bundle. After waiting over 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru line and being honked at, I got home to realize my order was missing a taco and 2 chicken sandwiches. On top of that the tacos I did receive had lettuce in them even though I customized my order to not have lettuce. I tried calling Jack in the Box and there was no answer, so my husband went back to Jack in the Box only to be told they don't have that special so they can't do anything about it. He asked to speak to the manager and they said she doesn't speak English. My husband would have tried communicating with her because he can speak a little Spanish, but she refused to come talk to him. The cashier said she just got there and that her manager said she can't give him the missing items because they don't sell that package there. When my husband got back home I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was told there was no manager and that I would have to go in the next day. I explained the situation and let me know we are a family of 5 and that I had 3 hungry children And that I just wanted my items and they said I would have to wait until Sunday to talk to a manager. I then asked if I could have my money back since I didn't receive my full order and they said I had to wait to talk to a manager. The person I talked to on the phone said her name was Andrea. Terrible customer service. It's now Tuesday and I have not heard anything back from their customer service even though I reported the issue...
Read moreThe woman at the cashier, named Andrea was very rude. She refused to speak English and even though I spoke to her in Spanish she still didn't get my order right. I ordered two 3 piece spicy chicken strips combo and she charged me up for one. When she gave me my change back it was the change for only one order and the receipt was also for one. She rudely blamed me for ordering wrong when even the person I was with witnessed me order two. She got bothered and didn't want to ring me up. When i gave her the money for the second order, she refused to take it. She said she couldn't because she didn't have any change. My first job was fast food and we never EVER refuse service to anyone because of lack of change. There is always change, even with the "shortage". She looked at me and my friend up and down and was rude the entire time and refused to speak English eventhough we both talked to her in english. She automatically rang our order as "Carry out" but we were dining in. Andrea is a terrible fast food customer service worker and jack in the box should reconsider her position at jack in the box. This is the worst possible Jack in the Box.
Two nights in a row the blonde chick with a nose piercing tried to steal my debit card. She was entirely unprofessional having some ratchet conversation with her friend on the phone. (wearing airpods while working )
The first night I had to remind her she hadn't given me my receipt or my card back. Mistakes happen, she's stoned at 1:30AM, whatever, it's fine.
Then it happened again the next night. She handed me my food, closed the window, and pretended not to notice me trying to get her attention. When I wouldn't move from the drive thru window and honked my horn she finally opened the window again. I asked her "are you going to give me my card back?" And she seemed to grab it from near the register and rolled her eyes when handing it to me.
She needs more than a write up.
