Pizza Loca — Restaurant in Ontario

This place was honestly so disappointing. I'm new to the area so I order a pizza after a long day of moving. I order half pepperoni and half mushroom, wings . I show up get my food and half way home I realize I'm missing my two sides of ranch I paid for I pull over open the box to see if maybe they are inside what do I find an entire pepperoni pizza. I was almost home I call to tell them and they were so rude saying they were so busy they couldn't deliver my right order. I call back to tell them they gave me 6 wings when I ordered 12, the lady was so rude and said they can fix it for an additional cost. What the hell it was there mistake in the first place. They said if I didn't go pick up and they would have to charge me a fee and recharge me for 6 more wings and the ranch !!!! The pizza taste like crap cheese doesn't even melt not even when microwaved. Two thumbs down do not eat here there service and food...

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen!! I ordered at 1:20pm and they delivered at after almost at 4pm !! They didn’t give any discount for the inconvenience and didn’t even bother to apologize, the customer service rep was ignorant and unprofessional do not order from this location. They left 4 kids waiting for over 2 hours After 15 minutes of arguing with the manager I did get my money back but she accused me of eating the pizza and fraud!! She even asked for my ID! Keep kept me waiting for 3 hours for my pizza and sent the same one so when we got it the cheese was cold hard and stale!!! I had to go pick up my refund in person We’re she argued with me more. Keep in mind my order was only 30$ and she tried to turn the scenario around on me lol no thanks never again. Staff is unprofessional.

Ordered a combo 2 online. When the food arrived I was upset to have received a completely different combo. When I called them to ask for it to be corrected, the employee told me the combo 2 was not what was advertised online. When I told them I have a screenshot of the order and it’s contents, they hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and they hung up on me again. I called back again being polite and asked if I could speak to a manager. They told me there wasn’t one on duty and then acted as if they couldn’t hear me. They hung up on me again.
