Double or Nothin Pizza - Ontario, CA — Restaurant in Ontario

The pizza is good I will not complain but the women answering the phone just loves to hang up in the middle of the conversation. I called to place an order, based on their flyer menu (Philly cheesesteak) pizza. Raul, the man that initially answered did not understand me so he gave the call to the women, where she states that I was calling the wrong place so I told her that I am going based on the flyer menu they have. She covers the phone and I can hear her speaking in Spanish and hangs up on me. I called back and asked her why she hung up on me that I am a customer and that is rude, she goes on by responding, I kept saying hello! No! You hung up on me and that isn’t the first time…during the World Series the same women kept answering the phone “hello” and then hanging up! I understand if you’re busy but please learn some manners you have a job because of customers. If you don’t want to be there or you hate your job look elsewhere because “YOU” always have an attitude with ALL the customers! I apologize for going off on someone that works at a restaurant and is a server but she honestly pushed the wrong button today! Nothing, and I emphasise, nothing! good came from this place. Simply, and an absolute dreadful experience for a quick meal. My pizza was cold, one of kids (associate) in the back was on top of the counter where they make/prep pizzas, I'm assuming she was on break, the cashier told me they couldn't make me me a fresh pizza because they had too many orders at the moment, she then forgot I was still waiting on wings because she never charged me for any, so therefore I guess I never asked for them? (when I did). I left the store and tasted one slice of this COLD pizza and failure struck again. The pizza was stiff, like a peace of thin cardboard, the cheese stale, the pepperoni hard and salty. First and LAST time ordering here. The pizza was ok. The bread sticks were as hard as my wooden table.its like they had old ones sitting there and they just nicked them to warm them up so by the time we got them hone they were uneatable.
