The atmosphere: The atmosphere here at gateway grill is very relaxing and it's very family-oriented you come and they greet you by your first name but they will also treat you like family. The final rating 10/10 The Food: Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious, you can't go wrong with any other breakfast items nor can you go wrong with her lunch items. My usual go to is either a Philly cheese steak sandwich to a sausage bacon egg and gravy hash browns sack. You can never go wrong with their sweet tea, and their coffee is always good. Final 9.9/10 The location: If you're looking to do some shopping tiger Town is not more than about a one and a half minutes or 2 1/2 minute drive away, or even if you want to go down to Auburn is not more than about 5 to 10 minutes away the location is very ideal for this small diner and this whole place is a hole in the wall restaurant it used to be huddle House. As much as I love this placeeeeeee when I come to visit Auburn, I was very disappointed today. My favorite cook wasn’t here and the energy was completely different. The waiter who is normally friendly and speaks didn’t even speak, but not one employee spoke. The boy who waited on us didn’t even speak he just asked what do we want to drink. Well surprise surprise this white couple walks in about 5 minutes later and everybody welcomes them in. Now again, when I come to Auburn, I come here and everyone speaks, so clearly the young lady who cooks must be a manager or something because the energy was very off today and the racism was at an all time high. We were the 3rd party waiting in line when we arrived. We were all 3 seated around the same time. No one brought us menus so after 15 min I got up and asked for some. Then it took 10 more minutes for a waitress to take our order. After 1 hour we still did not have our food. The 2 parties before us had already paid and left by this point. 3 parties behind us already received their order well before us. When I asked if they had a timeline for when our food would be ready, the waitress checked, came back and said there were 2 orders ahead of ours and then ours was the third.
