Needed our refrigerator repaired, called a different local repair service. That repair lasted about a week before it broke again. Spoke with Bubba at Auburn Appliance. He spent a lot of time tracking down the previous repair guy to make sure he knew exactly what the situation was. Sent his technicians over next day, they completed the repair and the refrigerator is working like new. One week after the refrigerator, our clothes washer broke. Auburn Appliance again sent their technicians over next day. The cost to fix the old washer was about the price of a new one. We bought a new one and they installed it same day and took the old one away.
