Taco Bell — Restaurant in Opelousas

The cashier Lesley is very rude!! I visit here otfen because I work nearby and this cashier is so RUDE. I tried to order the gordita crunch meal but they didn't have the bread so I asked her to give me a moment....no problem... when I told her I was ready and gave her my order, she sighed loudly( clearly annoyed at the fact that I still placed an order instead of driving off like the car before me)and told me my total and to pull up. A male promptly came to the window to take my payment and give me my order but forgot the drink.... I seen her working on what I thought was the dink machine so I figured she needed to fix it in order to make the drink so I just waited. She a while she came to the window and opened it and just looked at me while doing a little neck roll (like what do you want? Why are you still here) and said absolutely nothing... when I told her I was still waiting on my drink she just closed the window without even acknowledging the fact that they forgot the drink or made me wait without even checking on why I was just sitting there, nothing. She fixed the dring then opened the window again gave it to me and closed it back with an attitude! The audacity of her to act as if my ordering was such and inconvenience to her and being more agitated than me that I didn't get my drink was just unacceptable! Every time go to that location and she is there, her attitude is lacking in customer service. The meals are inexpensive and convenient for my lunch break but I will NOT continue to spend my money here if they clearly don't want...

On a road trip with my wife and we have eaten at many Taco Bell's across America. This one is by far the worst experience ever. I'm adding photos to include the food we ordered. My wife's soda had orange residue on the rim that was obviously not from the Baha Blast she ordered; A Nacho Supreme that was served in a Mexican Pizza box and consisted mostly of stale, broken pieces of chips; a XXL steak burrito that was squashed in the middle with what could only be a thumb, and either the employees hands were dirty or the equipment was because there is an unmistakable smudge of black dirt on the turn up tortilla. Being In a hurry to get to my friends wedding on time I decided to spoon out some of the insides to satisfy my hunger to only be greeted with crunchy, burnt stake pieces. I should have known better than order my food here by what I saw as I approached the establishment. The brick facade was broken and falling apart, the handicapped parking sign was bent over from being hit, and the vegetation was overgrown spilling out of its containment into the parking spaces. This location appears to need a lot of help...

Went to the drive through recently. Sat at the speaker for several minutes waiting for somebody. I knew it worked because I could hear the car before me. I finally said hello and I got a response, “order when ready”. I was ready 3 minutes ago.... Ordered a combo 7 with the taco a certain way and a freeze. I said regular freeze and I was asked, “what’s that?” That’s the size I want.... I was never asked to confirm my order. Got to the window and was given a total higher than usual. I asked, “I’m not getting an extra taco with my #7 right?” She said sarcastically, “NO, your getting a #7 with a steak supreme taco”. What do I get in my bag? A #7 combo with a regular taco and an EXTRA Steak taco which wasn’t what I ordered and wasn’t supreme. So I got over charged and lied to. At least I didn’t get sick like I did from...
