These people have the absolute WORST DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I called the store that morning to order 2 shirts for the OHS State playoff game. The old man that answered the phone said that they had the shirts He guaranteed me that the shirts would be there when I got off at 5:00pm. I drove 30 miles to the store. The lady sitting at the first desk, who is never friendly, never smiles or properly greets you and always looks tired and irritated, was sitting at her desk. I explained that I was there to pick up the t-shirts. She asked had I ordered the t-shirts already and I said yes. After she walked around the store looking for then, she came back and said they didn't have them. She said that the old man nor she didn't didn't know that they didn't have the shirts. I guess they didn't have the size? I wish I would have known that because I would not have drove 30 miles to give them business That was so inconsiderate. And had the nerve to say that it would be ready in the morning. So what's the difference? Perhaps too lazy to get up and press the shirts. Lack of motivation and lack of going the extra mile for the customer. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have had the EXACT SAME ISSUE with Splash with the state playoff shirts. I walked into Splash looking for polos for work and they were eager to help me find what I was looking for while respecting my budget and my needs! They took the time to learn about me and the colors that I like so they could come up with a design specially tailored to me on my requested logo for embroidery. The embroidery work is absolutely beautiful and they had my polos back to me within a couple of days. Not a very organized place. Waited almost 3 weeks for one tshirt because apparently my order was lost. I called around the two week mark to check on my order but the employee failed to do so and instead just said she thought they were still waiting on supplies to come in. Called back a few days after this and was informed they didn’t have an order for me at all. Today I got a call asking if I was contacted yesterday about my order being ready for pickup. Of course I wasn’t and they were aware that my daughter needed this tshirt for her bands football game today....
