They didn't run my son's bill through insurance and sent me a bill. After several months of them saying they would run it through insurance they still sent more bills. I went in the store in person and paid the bill in full just for them to send me another bill 6 months later saying I still owe them the original amount. I have the receipt where I paid the bill in full (even though he has ALWAYS had insurance) and now they won't answer the phone to try to have it corrected. We will never do business with the place again....
