like always it's the same at all chuck e cheese very disappointed the machines don't work no one ever around to fix the machines the staff made a suggestion that for 15dollars I get 30 points or 15mins unlimited play something like that she suggested the time so she said we can get more tickets well each machine takes a min to load and run the card so it's not unlimited pretty much u get 15games that's it on machines that don't work and no staff members any where to help so there goes ur 15mins WHAT A SCAM save ur money take the kids somewhere else o and also let me mention that since no staff was around NOTHING IS GETTING WIPE DOWN I saw lots of HEALTH DEPARTMENT VIOLATIONS I got to call them aswell I took pictures that are not appropriate to post up of the disgusting things I encountered I will though forward them to health department I gave the manager the opportunity to make it right at the store and showed them the areas of concern and they said I'll have someone come and take care it what was he doing that was more important then the health of his customers and he pulls the girl checking numbers at the door 10mins later to it and nows leaves the front vulnerable for kids to get out what a I better not say but u get what I'm trying to say I told you I'm a local guide and I write honest experiences that I encounter and...

The worst Chuck E. Cheese to go to!! They need to hire new employees who care about the customer. If you run into BRISSA RUN!!! She is the absolute worst person on this earth. She stated she’s the “manager” but no manager treats you the way this filthy being treated my family and I. They did not want to serve us pizza as the oven was broken then proceeded to serve pizzas to other family’s that walked in. Make it make sense? She got into my face, BRISSA YOU ARE DOWN RIGHT TRASHY!!! She did not want to give us corporates number stating she didn’t have it? by law Chuck E. Booked my daughter's 8th bday here the 16th of October. Horrible customer service and service from our hostess. She was not professional. I had to keep reminding her of the things that we should have already been given. Our party was rarely checked on too. Our hostess was never prepared and asked my guests for a lighter for the birthday candles. When our party time was over pur hostess was very rude about us having to move from the tables. Food ordered outside of party package took extremely long "mind you it was a Monday and not busy or crowded whatsoever " Food was forgotten and given to different tables. I would like a refund, but I do not want to speak with the "managers" who were on duty yesterday as thier service was horrible. The manager on duty the day I made my deposit was not great either as she thought her phone was more important than assisting guests waiting in line. Whom would I reach out to to receive a refund? Would never recommend this place to anyone and I had two families wanting to host thier party there until the service...
