My Touch Spa — Local services in Orange

I've gone to several massage spas and every experience is always different. I went in late at night around 9 pm with my boyfriend to get massages, I had called in beforehand and they said that it was fine to go so we did. And right away they rushed us inside, I sorta understood why they were rushing us since they were about to close at 10pm but either way if we are paying for ur services they're shouldn't be any rushing. I came in trying to come out feeling refreshed and relaxed and instead I was disappointed. My boyfriend said he had a good massage and he actually felt better. But for me? Not so well I had an older male masseuse and I was in pure discomfort and pain with the way he was massaging me. Nothing about it felt good!! Then I let them know I want hot stone and he did it. It was ok, the hot stone was probably the only good part I liked but even then he did very little with them unlike other spas I've been to. I had also left my stuff nearby me and they moved it to another chair without even asking me. I would've appreciated it if they asked me because my phone,jewelry and wallet were there. Moving forward, the massage I received was so terrible I'm actually aching this morning from it. Oh and i almost forgot towards the end of our massages both of the massage therapists decided to start having a conversation in their language, as if that was relaxing to listen to while we are trying to get some peace and quiet. I paid for full body too and they barely even massaged my feet...idk but I've paid less $ at other spas and they've done more work on me than I received here. Finally when we went to pay the cashier lady tries to persist that I leave a bigger tip... I WAS NOT HAPPY SO WHY WOULD I GIVE YOU BIGGER TIP?? Do better job then I will tip more. My back is hurting today thanks to this massage. Don't think I'll ever be going here again. Nice from inside but the...

I was told if I stay in a private room will be extra charge. So I thought private room should be better, so I agreed. But I was wrong, I could still heard the noise of people talking in Chinese and laughing at the same time! The ambience and atmosphere of the room was not nice! The so called private room more like a jail cell with a message bed and small table; that’s it!👎.

The massage lady (Eva) didn’t fully closed the door, which I thought was really strange. The purpose of me wanting to pay more was because it would be quieter and peaceful; so I could relaxed! The Chinese Massage lady spoke little English. She was too rough at a few areas of my body such as neck, shoulder and mid back areas. Overall I am not satisfied and disappointed that couldn’t relax during the massage. I don’t think I will return or recommend this...

Goodbye Burke Williams, Welcome to My Touch Spa. I fractured my Arm April 9th and yesterday my Physical Therapist released me to get massages to work out the knots that have formed in my arm and shoulder blade. I was a Burke Williams Girl, but a couple years ago I got turned off by having to pay $175 for an hour long massage, plus tip. Come on that is too expensive since I really didn't care about the facilities. Today I looked on Yelp for a more affordable option. Hello My Touch Spa. Lisa was awesome and gave me a great one hour full body massage and the cost $35 plus a tip of $20 I gave her because at $55 a pop I could have 4 to 1 for what I paid at Burke Williams.
