Our friend took us here for brunch. The girls are super polite and all very pretty. You order at the counter, the new fad, but they bring your food to the table. Then they forget about you. Staff congregate behind the counter. They would make more per customer if they actually went around and checked on the customers and asked if they wanted anything else. They can add the portable payment device and charge customers at the table for additional items.
The food was good. Tasty. We wanted to order more drinks and food, but it meant having to leave the kids at the table and going to the counter.

My table did not have any condiments, and had to take the sauce and ketchup from ther counter, no biggy but inconvenient as there was someone sitting there. The worst was the hashbrowns. The sandwich was slightly toasted rather than grilled and, when I asked the waitress for it to be grilled, she said, "it is, just lightly."
