Store employees lack professionalism, especially one of the current delivery drivers/managers, who did poorly at an attempted delivery on today's date (11/8/2021). Food is what you expect from a chain establishment and is consistent.
We have met delivery drivers at a specified address for years without issue, until recently. No food was delivered after waiting about 35-45 minutes. I called the store to see what was going on and was told that they could not locate the address I provided them, then they proceeded to say that they waited there for 15 minutes before departing and returning to the store? Which is fine, not a big deal, but...
I used two coupons that I obtained through the rewards program -- I asked if I could get them back since I could not receive my order. I was transferred to a "manager" who laughed at me when I asked and was extremely disrespectful and replied with a swift 'no,' as if I had done something wrong.
I will never order anything from this Dominos ever again. There is plenty of competition in the area with similar pricing and better food. I'd also suggest supporting the mam and pops placing anyway:
Mama's Pizza, Mario's,
They are both excellent places with better menus and food.

So the next day I brought that slice down to the establishment showed them, I didn’t make a big fuss because I have been enjoying pizza from this location for years and the manager agreed to credit my account so I was fine with that. Then today I attempted to call in a order that was suppose to be credited to my account and apparently it never was. If I wasn’t able to explain the manager that was suppose to credit my account the guy on the phone acted like he wouldn’t even do that pizza, but they fixed it. After all of that I would of still never made a bad review until after I received the pizza. I guess since it was a "free" replacement pizza they don’t make them the same.. they didn’t put any garlic buttery stuff on the crust or anything overall it was bad, not the pizza I’ve been accustom to eating. Over the last few years I’ve probably ordered from this location over 100 times but I’m done and moving on...
Read more11/15/24 I ordered for my husband a medium pan pizza extra cheese, NO SAUCE, normal amount of pepperoni, 1 2 liter coke, and paid for the same online.
I was offered 2-20 oz bottles of coke in lieu of the 2-liter (@67.6 oz). Even though I had paid for a 2-liter. I asked how to get a refund, since I had already paid. The staff I dealt with were very nice; however, the manager wasn't coming out of the office. The manager should have, since staff wasn't able to do what the manager wanted. So after several staff attempts to do that, I offered 3-20 oz bottles in lieu of the 2 liter bottle (@67.6 oz) and call it even. That being OK, I took 1-20 oz Bottle of Coke ( I already had 2) SADLY, when I got home, the pizza was all over the back seat. The front of the box was broken and didn't close properly. ALSO, the only correct thing about the pizza was the size, the pepperoni, and that it was a pan pizza. It was thickly covered in sauce and a normal amount of cheese. I don't like pizza, and my husband can't have tomatoes (of any type).
