GiCarli's Pizza — Restaurant in Orange

The other day I ordered, GiCarli’s Pizza, for lunch. I got their Chicken Bacon Ranch & Buffalo Chicken Slices. I thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken Bacon Ranch slice. It was surprisingly light and had some pretty decent flavor. The Buffalo slice was fairly middling though. The sauces could’ve been blended a little better and the chicken could’ve had a little better of a texture. The crust on both slice had a really airy and soft crust, but held up pretty well too. Their staff was fairly attentive as well and made the ordering experience seamless. Maybe would try their other options, if possible, they have pretty quality ingredients. The price online was different from the price I was given once I arrived to the restaurant. When I got to the restaurant two men were behind the counter without masks or gloves and one was in plain clothes. When I asked about the price being much higher in the store than online I was told it's because of taxes but that didn't make sense. When I asked more about the price difference, the cashier/chef really couldn't explain it to me. Also, the pizza did not look appetizing inside the box. So I asked for a refund. Food was delicious!! It’s so fresh and the sauce is amazing! I would order pizza from them every time. They seem so nice also.

However don’t order from slice delivery service!! this delivery service is terrible!! First, I called the restaurant to see if they received my order about 5 minutes after I placed it and they hadn’t gotten anything! They didn’t receive it until like 20 minutes later. Then my food was more than 20 minutes late than the estimated time from the email. Then, the delivery guy delivered the wrong food!!!
