Jin Lin Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Orange

Ordered from this restaurant June 27 2022 @ 5:20 pm. Delivery man has the worst attitude in the world. Didn’t want to bring my food upstairs over charged me for my order which was a combination plate that came up to $15.16 supposedly (they don’t put receipts on the order) the delivery man charged me $17 for my food then demanded me to tip him which I denied after the hostel encounter and nasty attitude on the phone when I told him I called the store and made sure I expressed I wanted him to come upstairs because I’m PREGNANT with a BROKEN FOOT ! My order was incorrect and when I called the restaurant it was a confusion with how many chicken wings I was supposed to receive. I asked and was told 4 then they said two mind you they didn’t cut up my chicken wings when I got my food then switched it up to if they would’ve cut up the chicken wings it would’ve made four 😵‍💫 two chicken wings are still two chicken wings even if you cut them the false advertising should be illegal. Also when I got tired of the back and forth on the phone I simply asked for a refund and magically they said I only paid $15.16 and the driver gave me back $4. This is a complete LIE AND I DONT APPRECIATE THE LYING AT AL 😡 since when do they bring your change they usually round up to the nearest dollar and keep the remaining cents. The delivery man charged me $17 and then demanded a rip how rude and nasty, told them keep the money I’ll simply leave a Google review. I’ll never order from here again you people steal from customers and need to stop false...

Omg Linda Loz you hit the nail on the head. The food is good but the staff and owner is horrible rude and poor poor customer service! They always defend each other and not the customer. They ARE NEVER wrong its always you! They have messed up my order in the past and blamed.me and wouldnt fix it! Tonite they would not give me a free soda when my order came to 23 bucks and argued with me on the phone telln .me i always paid cash in past thats why i got a free soda and i told them they gave me free soda b4 payn debit n the NasTY woman on the phone kept going back n forth with me which you Do NOT do with the customer!!!! When I asked for the owner he was worse n instead of making it right and apologizing for his rude employee he said ican shop elsewhere LOL can u belive his nasty ass!!! He won't get my money any more he has NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ANY BUSINESS OWNER WORTH SHYT WILL...

They lost a long time customer. I just ordered from there. The oil from the chicken and broccoli was spilled in the bag. My food wasn't packaged correctly. When I pulled out the container with chicken wings and rice, it spilled out. When the driver called to say he was outside, i was giving him directions he said "I know, I know, I know" very nasty as always and yes he will ask for a tip. I called to complain about how my food was delivered and all I got was sorry it could've been the way he was driving. I told him I was very disappointed. Not once did he offer a refund or partial refund or even to replace it. No problem. I will never order from them again. The food is good but I am taking my business...
