Taco Bell — Restaurant in Orange

I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito from the dollar craving menu. Half an hour later, I felt sick. I had food poisoning symptoms the whole night.  I vomited 4 times, had diarrhea and a severe headache. Never again.

Yesterday, a taco bell restaurant representative from this location called me saying that they would make it right by giving me a free same $1.00 burrito next time I visit. Really? I spent who after in bed and missed entire Monday work just for a free burrito? Must be joking. That taco bell restaurant representative was not sincere to make things right. Don't waste your time, literally. Took me 17 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. It wasn't even crowded. There was one car in front of me. The workers are just incompetent. I ordered a simple value box. No customization or anything. I literally sat at the window after paying for at least 10 minutes watching them run around doing a bunch of stuff but not getting me my food. Taco Bell isn't even cheap any more. First I’ll start by saying I love Taco Bell food so it’s a no brainer that I would write a good review, which is the case in this review. But, Taco Bell or not, the employees can make a huge difference in your experience. The manager at this Taco Bell (Chapman and 261 toll rd area Santa Ana I believe) is always on his game.
