Samuel Gonzales manager can't take pressure but a manager how? This guy took 20 minutes to make 1 order. There is no one else inside the restaurant, only drive thru, which I can't access due to its a semi truck. Bro tells me we are short-handed 3 people, but i am steady seeing drive thru orders fly out. Tonight was a completely uninvited and time theivery was in full effect. I literally had no time to eat all day. As I left Bridge City, I saw that bell glowing in a cool Texas sky. I wheeled in and ordered. I had never visited this Taco Bell before. And I am happy to report that my experience was completely perfect. My food was fresh, it was hot and was ready ready to be devoured. I would say it took less than 10 minutes from the time I took to order thru the time I finished eating. I like efficiency out of my fast food restaurants and this one definitely gave me efficiency and then some. I did not catch the girls name but she was friendly and knew what she was doing. The restaurant was very clean from the inside all the way down to the parking lot. It really wasn't impressive Taco Bell location. All in all I will definitely give this a five...

My wife and I went tonight and we understand when the drive thru takes a little while. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was the lady taking orders was very rude, didn’t give us our total or ask if we wanted sauce just told us to pull forward. So we did. Paid. And sat the window for another 20 minutes. We order 2 large orders of Nacho Fries, a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, a large Pepsi and a Large Mountain Dew. When we got him our food was cold, we only got one order of nacho fries, the cheesy bean and rice burrito was smaller than the palm of my wife’s hand and it had lettuce on it, the nacho fries had no seasoning and the cheese was thick.
