Arby's — Restaurant in Orangeburg

Dont waste your time: We just left this terrible establishment after requesting for our money back. We sat at the speaker for a few minutes waiting to order. When the lady finally came across the speaker, you could tell she had an attitude. We asked for a smoked house brisket combo, and the new crinkle fries. To which she replied We could not have. Literally said no. We asked for curly, to which she replied "comes with it doesn't it". We told her we have another order, the same as the first. She reluctantly told us "fine" and we pull forward. This lady starts telling us how we don't need to be yelling "hello" at her speaker. They have other customers ahead of us and it takes time. Then proceeded to tell us it's fine though. I responded to her, "I wasn't even talking to you" as she keeps getting even more angry. I said "it don't seem fine!" She told me if it wasn't fine, I'd be out of her line! We asked for our money back and to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. Imagine that. We called corporate but they only wanted to give us a free meal which I turned down. I'd rather never eat at another Arby's again if this is how they let their employees represent their company, and treat...

The Young Lady on the drive thru mic was so disrespectful and rude. Had to wait awhile, then when my MOTHER -Keyword Mother said excuse me, I'm ready. The girl came in the mic Loud and said " Hold on Sir I'll take your order in a sec. My patient, peaceful, beautiful mother simply said... Okay, thank you. She didn't say Excuse you, You can clearly hear that I'm a Woman. Then 5yrs later The Girl came back and heard the same voice place the order oh so politely. When we got to the window, she looked me dead in the face with Attitude, and still didn't apologize to my mother who she could obviously see at this point for calling her a man. Now, my mother didn't allow me to say anything to The Girl. Out of respect and I mean respect, She didn't get it. No one disrespects my mom. Of course my mom thru in the Lord, and on that note. I'm going to leave the ignorance where it is. This place is the worst. I've had a whole meal paid for and never received it, and now the usual nasty customer service. I got to the drive thru--mind you only one car in the parking lot & no one in line. I order my meal-- Asohli sounds miserable but what's new. I pay, she hands me my drink then says pull back around in 3 minutes for fresh fries and shuts the window..I get its not busy so freah fries, great! But ruuude. So I pull around and wait--so they can cheat their timer of course-- then get back to the window (again no one else is here) the other guy working says what you want? Uhhh my meal. Shoves the bag thats already in his hand to me. I check it and he rolls his eyes when I ask for cheddar cup thats missing but I paid for.

Like I get rough days but you're getting a paycheck so at least be somewhat grateful. Thanks for the oh so...
