China Town — Restaurant in Orangeburg

Their fried rice is always good. This was the 1st time trying their boneless chicken... Unlike the other Chinese places, they only give a small amount of boneless chicken and I didn't care to much for the flour coating used on the chicken... But I loved the fact that they had steamed broccoli and carrots underneath it... I haven't seen that since China Garden in Oburg circa 1993... I always order an extra cup of gravy...but I was given brown gravy and not the typical yellow gravy that every other Chinese restaurants gives you. Plus they forgot my sweet tea. So delivery had to go back. The girl who answers the phone always seems to have an attitude... Perhaps if she paid more attention to the orders and be a lil more friendly, then maybe takeout orders would go a lil more smoothly... So if you're having it delivered, let your driver know exactly what you ordered so they won't have to...

Just sum up the meal. I think my husband said it best," why does the chicken taste like hot dogs?" I had the bourbon chicken could not eat it , it was gross. Took one bite and went to throw it away. The wontons.. I'm not sure what atrocities happen in that kitchen, but that is not what a wonton tastes like. I had to spit it out. The chicken was hard and firm on the outside. Not the good crispy firm but the sat out on the kitchen counter in the air for so long .... It started to dehydrate firm. The other meal we had was chicken chow mein and did not look like it had been cooked at all. It was white yall white... Which the rice might as well been white too because it had no flavor. So I'll leave that up to y'all if you want to go. But I will never.. just a waste of money. That sandwich shop right next door look good though. Next time when the area that's where...

Best Chinese food in Orangeburg. Best orange chicken. Best beef and broccoli. Just amazing noodles and veggies chicken. Perfect rice. I love their food. I’ve tried the other two places and they’re not even in the same ball park. This is delicious and beautiful food. I just love their food. I think about their food during the week. So goooooooood.
